Rude, condescending and irresponsible. A service call ($195) just to assess the problem is way too much especially since my issues with both overhead garage doors are not even fixed. Would not recommend this guy at all.

We highly recommend Prestige Overhead Doors - Navid and his crew are lifesavers!!! We recently bought this house (located in Camarillo) and shortly after moving in we began to have problems with our garage doors. After contacting several local companies the only one that stepped up and showed up was Prestige Overhead Doors. The technicians showed up on-time, did their work efficiently and quietly, and cleaned up after service.

Then, recently, our driveway gate broke down. We contacted Navid to see if he could recommend a vendor to make repairs; to our surprise, they could do the job. Although our gate system broke down last minute, and Prestige was booked up, Navid understood our immediate concerns and accommodated our needs immediately. Installation went smoothly and efficiently.

Lived up to its reputation. They came recommended by a friend of mine when I was having an issue with our opening gate. Navid was able to come out and quickly fix the problem. Five star service!
