They took good care of our units when they took over and brought the quality up but increased rent $800 in one month and the manager Frankie is incredibly rude. She never speaks kindly and holds you responsible for other people’s trash left behind. She is bossy, belittles you and is very unprofessional. Highly disappointed and I’d advice against this company. The owner should have stuck with the previous company!

I do not recommend renting properties managed by them. Their maintenance staff is undertrained. Management doesn't seem to have the backbone required to deal with tenants. They will charge the maximum amount they can to rent out a unit and do as little as they can to maintain the property.

This company requires that their workers write 5 star review to keep their ratings up. Truth is they take advantage of people in hard times. They buy up property’s preform small mediocre renovations and then they increase the rent. If you value your own privacy this rental company is not for you.
