Crooks! All of them ! Not sure where to begin.. Places are all falling apart. Fireplaces are not part of structure and very unsafe. Landlord wouldn't fix serious issues. Carpet in most homes are 30 years old. Balconies not up to code. Plumbing and roof leaks constantly. Can't get in touch w people there or landlord. They say " luxury" homes and that can't be further from the truth. Save your money and go elsewhere. They will charge you for things that you didn't do!!
