We traveled to SW Washington from Arizona to sell our parents' 40 year old condo. Pinecone Properties saved us a ton of work buying the condo as-is for a very fair price. Quick close, hassle free. Thank you Chris!

My experience with Pinecone properties was quite pleasant. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the gentlemen that the business. They are very fair and reasonable when it comes the price quote that is offer to you. They also work with you on a closing deadline that fits with your needs. I would definitely work with them again, recommend them to family members and friends
