Katherine Keener was awesome to work with. The very first day I met her I knew she was going to be great agent to work with. She helped me through the whole process of selling my aunt's condo during difficult times. She was patient and understanding through all the setbacks we had getting it ready for sale and she always kept a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Katherine kept me on track on what needed to be done. When the Condo was ready, she priced the condo perfectly and it sold in one day and over the asking price. She had a plan from the start, she followed through with it me every step of the way. She returned all my phone calls & emails in a timely manner and answered all my questions. She had great suggestions.
I would recommend her highly to anybody in the Lansing area that is looking for a real estate agent that really cares about her clients and goes the extra mile for them. She’s a total team player from start to finish and even after. I’m going to miss working with her, she’s the BEST!!!

I worked with John Esbach who was entirely unprofessional as a buyer’s agent. He did not listen to me throughout the entire transaction, and seemed only to be interested in making the sellers happy. He did not know the protocol for a contract, including the addendum process and the value of negotiation for me, his client. The owner did not respond to my phone calls until the day of closing, after they secured their commission. Utterly disappointing and unprofessional!
