I can’t RAVE enough about Steven Gary! He helped me find the perfect condo in Santa Clara for my mother and myself. I met Steven previously at one of his open houses. A year later he reached out to me and asked if I was still in the market, sadly I was. At the time of his email I was very discouraged. After one conversation with Steven all that changed. He listened attentively to my many “deal breakers” and didn’t shun me for not having the millions I needed to be competitive in the Bay Are housing market. Steven stepped right in when he heard on that we were having a difficult time trying to find a short-term rental within a short timeframe. He found us a few houses that weren't on craigslist or Zillow, spoke to the landlords for us, and facilitated our touring the homes before other people. All just out of the goodness of his heart, he received no compensation!

I definitely recommend Steven, he's friendly/easy to talk to, and very resourceful. Thanks again, Steven, for all the time and effort you put in helping us!

Steven not only made the process much easier than we had been anticipating he also helped us get our prequalification letter within one day!

As knowledgeable as Steven is of the San Jose market and the latest trends within different area, he quickly narrowed our home search to our desired neighborhoods. It was not too long before we found the perfect home we have always dreamed of!

It was a pleasure working with Steven. He was very patient with us and even door knocked homes to find a property in our preferred neighborhoods.
He seemed to have special insight into the neighborhoods but he said he used an app that uses AI to get him the neighborhood area statistics.

When he would put an offer in he would let us listen to
the conversations with the agents. On most occasions it
seemed like the listing agent was practically rooting for our offer to get accepted.

We were delighted that our offer got accepted at a price less than we expected which ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. Once in contract he helped guide us through the process and called us daily to keep us up to date. We strongly recommend Steven and have referred our friends to use him.
