High level of professionalism. Great service. High quality vehicles at great prices. John, Nick and Clint were fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend these guys for your Vehicle purchase. The best!
After looking at several jeep places in georgia my family found our jeep at primary jeeps. We found them to be friendly and knowledgable. There was no high pressure, great selection. I highly recommend Nick and Clint
So far my visit was great. Nice guys and I got approved. Just need some more money down. I will definitely be back in a couple weeks and hope to drive home my very own Jeep!!
This was the Worst Experience of my Life.
I own a Transportation Company and had some Bad Credit in Past and trying to Rebuild. I spoke with Nick on Phone and spent over 30 mins Explaining this to him. He then Calls me Back and says your approved with 6,000 down which I was ok with that. NOT once was I ever Dishonest or anything. I then emailed them and told them I was riding with one of my Teams to be Dropped off. He said did you bring Bank Statement and Check Stub and I said I brought my Laptop bag and my other bag that I carry for work just in case I needed any extra Documents!
So Finally after Driving for over 2 hours made it and we own our business and just switch to W2 and I had More than enough Proof of income. Didn’t even get a Chance to show him more Proof because made me feel as if I was Lying to Him!!!!!
Finally after 1 hour and 30 mins I had to leave with my Drivers and by then I Felt as if I was in a IRS Audit LOL. Yes I know not Funny but it’s way I was Being treated. Then as usual the Bait and Switch. Trying to put me in a less expensive JEEP or MORE Money.
Now we’re talking I’m already agreeing to put 6000 down and then they want MORE money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
IM A LEGITAMATE COMPANY AND IT WAS NOT FRAUDULENT DOCUMENTS. I SPENT 30 MINS on PHONE AND THERE WAS NOTHING FRAUD ABOUT NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!
BECAUSE I HAD A TYPO ERROR ON MY PAYROLL
CRAZY!!!!!!!
I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THAT YOU PLEASE SHRED MY BANK STATEMENTS!!!!!!
ALSO NICK IS THE ONE THAT SAID CAN YOU BACK DATE YOUR W2 AND I SAID I COULD BUT IM NOT GOING TO BECAUSE I LIKE TO BE HONEST!!
OUR COMPANY HAD SWITCHED FROM 1099 EMPLOYEE to W2 about 4 WEEKS AGO!!! I ALSO EXPLAINED this to THEM!!!
I had a great car buying experience with Primary Auto Group Jeeps & Hummers. They guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I appreciated how up front and transparent they were we're everything. I'll be back for my next car.
whoever is running the websites needs fired. The website is garbage. Pretty much every vehicle has "contact dealer for price" nobody wants to call you over all the vehicles they might be interested in. Another thing half of the time they do not contain an image for a long period of time super annoying. Last but not least nobody wants to scroll through the inventory of what you have to see over half containing pictures with sold vehicles put that under a new tab or something. When someone is looking for a car they want to buy they do not care if a car is already gone.
Truly perfect Experience. I have Bought everything fro porsche to corvette to mercedes and never been treated as special or with such complete attention and flawless Care as here. Walked in and it was like I was sitting on the porch with some Family. Amazing. Great Truck. Great deal. Great financing. Great everything.
When I read reviews it becomes pretty obvious that many times the thousands of happy customers don't take the time to leave a review. It seems so many times it's the ones who for whatever reason have an "axe to grind" or just plain want to whine are the vocal ones. Primary Auto Group is a family owned and operated dealership. I feel like it is important to mention this in order to understand their way of doing business. Intent is extremely import when it comes to selling used vehicles. It's obvious that Primary's intent is to sell hand selected vehicles that have been fully inspected. This is not to say that they are always perfect. Unexpected things happen when it comes to mechanical vehicles. That is the reason they include a complimentary powertrain warranty with their vehicles. Now, if their intent wasn't right why would they do this? It has been my experience that Primary is some of the most decent and honest people you could do business, their heart is in the right place and they will do everything humanly possible to make you happy. I personally recommend that you check them out. I suppose there's a reason people from all over the country trust Primary Auto Group. Heck, many of them have the vehicle shipped without every seeing it!
Primary is by far the BEST dealership to date that I've dealt with! Excellent customer service! Everyone there was patient and kind! If you're in the market for a Jeep or Hummer, this IS the ONLY place to shop! A++++++++
John is a great guy - He just offerd to pay for a repair that happened a year ago. No need for that brother! God Bless.
When I buy anything I read reviews from many sources before I do business with anyone and extensive research on the products I purchase. I hope someone finds this review useful. Often times the reviews are correct and sometimes they are not. I am writing the review for the purpose of public knowledge in regards to Primary Auto Group and our H3 we bought in Dec of 2016. We drove 4 hours to visit Primary Auto Group with a specific H3 in mind to purchase for our daughter’s first car. While they had a great selection of Jeeps I was disappointed by the condition of the inside of most H3s on the lot. We purchased the H3 on Dec 22 of 2016 and I just got it out of the shop today Feb 10 of 2017. Half way home from the dealer, the check engine light came on and I took it to a mechanic the very next day to have it looked it. Apparently there had been many parts thrown at this H3 trying to fix multiple issues, the main issue being the transmission. The shop tried to fix it multiple times but ultimately had to get a brand new transmission from GM at the cost of $3200. The warranty covered less than half of the cost for the replacement. While I know this isn’t necessarily the dealer’s fault, you just never can tell when buying a used car what you are getting yourself into. Happy hunting and good luck to the rest of you trying to buy a solid used vehicle.
