This is my second purchase at Commerce CDJ, and I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. Pierce listened to the price range I wanted to stay in, and worked with me to find the perfect vehicle within that range. Pierce and Nathan worked diligently to get the payment that I wanted while having a wonderful sense of humor. My husband and I are both frugal and picky when it comes to large purchases, and Pierce worked patiently and compassionately with us. Those of you that can, do you remember what it felt like to get that brand new "Red Ryder" BB gun at Christmas? You had looked at them in the Sears catalogue & wished for one when they came on the TV. When Christmas came, there is was. A true thing of beauty, just for you. Well, that's what it felt like to me to get my "brand new" 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 p/u.
My wife has been very ill for many years & we haven't had a new vehicle in 35+ years. We had been getting by with "hand-me-downs" from family & friends for many years. I was talking to Stan Seagraves at the Commerce Dodge dealership about getting a used vehicle. Stan has been a good friend for many years and was aware of LuLu's problems & condition. Stan made the deal happen for my 2014 Dodge RAM 1500 and made it possible for us to have a new vehicle. Stan & Bobby worked out the details and got the payment down to what I could pay & the deal was done. It was so "quick & painless" that I didn't believe it was actually done. I was 7 years old again & it was Christmas and I finally had my "Red Ryder" BB gun . there is no other feeling like that in the world.
Thank you Stan for being a good friend over all these years and thanks for being there, again, when I needed you most. Thanks go out to Bobby, also, for all the financing work that you did to make this possible.

Charles Maxwell was very knowledgeable and concerned about what was going to make me happy. i had my three kids and wife with me and Mr. Maxwell and the rest of the Commerce family made sure to accommodate us in every way.. Still driving and love our purchase and look forward to buying in the future with you guys..

It seems my son took his jeep in for a tire vibration. Picked it up and the lugnuts were loose/missing. Ruined the wheel. The manager of the dealership laughed it off!

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Really. I don't know any other dealer that offers a LIFETIME power train warranty (unlimited miles, unlimited years). Found the same car on another lot & their finance dept told me I'd be crazy not to go back to Commerce. His words were "I can't even come close" and "you'd be crazy not to buy from them". That was their competitor. That says it all right there!

I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat from the Commerce Dodge/Chrysler Team. Being in Virginia and the vehicle in Georgia, it was important to feel comfortable with the commerce team over the phone. From the first call through the final deal – the commerce team treated me like family. The Sales Rep (Charles Maxwell) and Finance Director (Mike Burge) were excellent to work with. Charles worked with me from the onset address my questions timely manner. He ensured the car was ready to go when I arrived, took the time to walk through the many options and followed up after the multi hour ride home. Mike had all of the paperwork ready to go upon my arrival. He took the time to explain the financial aspects of the deal in detail – most helpful.
