Finally decided to get a new vehicle. Shopped around a lot. Looked a lots of trucks. Went to Hayes. Didn't get a pushy salesman trying to make a sale. He was able to get some good discounts. Got a fair trade in value on the car. When the time came to fill out the dreaded paperwork, it was done in no time at all. I left there with no regrets. Went home in a new truck.

Very professional and relaxing experience. I find car buying kind of a drag for the most part. Love cars, hate the process. There's just TOO much info and inventory for a normal person to take in. The salesman Tom Christol knows his inventory, is detailed and organized and professional. I called to ask about one car from the website and I was looking for a hatchback, safe, quick, low miles and he called me back and told me about a new car with a rebate deal that would be in my price point. I gave it a shot. I'm not usually a new car buyer, but the Chevy Cruze hatch was a good deal, a zippy fun to drive and practical car and fit my needs. That's what a sales person should dolisten, offer advice, and sell you on a product they believe in. Do your research online and be informed as a consumer for sure. **Unfortunately the second day driving the car the steering column wouldn't lock and started sliding out of position while I was on the highway. They took it into service, gave me a loaner---or a "test drive" vehicle and need to keep it a couple days to replace the entire column. I would have felt better if the car was checked and rechecked before I drove it off the lot. I asked about that even, I know stuff happens---don't let the customer find the shortcomings. That's just dangerous. And avoidable.

I had a pleasant experience here. I stopped in while in the market for a vehicle and the salesman, I can't remember his name, was very friendly and professional. I ultimately didn't purchase a vehicle from here that day due to not having exactly what I was looking for but I was never pressured and when the salesman could see I wasn't happy with a vehicle, he'd pull another out and spent plenty of time with me. Since that day, I keep this place in mind when I'm in the market for a vehicle.

Our truck broke down as we were visiting our son in Westminster, SC. We had heard about Hayes Dodge Dealership and read the great reviews online. They fixed our truck and I honestly can not say enough good things about them. Matt Hayes and his staff were exemplary in how we were treated and what a great job they did on fixing our vehicle. I highly recommend them. We truly feel they are trustworthy and take customer service seriously. Thank you Hayes Dealership!
