Upon arrival to our room, we immediately saw a cigarette butt (in a non smoking room), the tv looked like it was purchased in the 80's, the mattress was covered in plastic and the sheet was on top of the blanket. The bathroom looked like it was cleaned with a hose (the floor was dripping wet). Later discovered the toilet leaks. There was evidence of termites in the shower ceiling. You could see light all the way around the door at night which made us feel totally unsafe. The bath towels were barely big enough for a toddler. When we called the front desk and requested an additional pillow and more towels, we were told they didn't have any pillows, and we had to come to the front desk to get any towels. Other than the price and the lady at the front desk, not a good experience

Over priced for what they offer. The carpet was filthy and the room smelled really bad.

Definitely not the Ritz, but bang for the buck Not too bad! Stay there when wife shows up. Clean and easy check in. Lots of low life's and drug addicts in the neighborhood so lock your car and bring valuables in room with you. But nice place!!

I just stayed for one night. It wasn't bad. The front lady was nice and the room was clean. The ac worked well. The down side was there were no trash bags in the trash cans and the mini fridge didn't work and you can hear the people in the next room. It did look a little shady there.

I stay here every time I go to concerts. I've never had any problems. Room is always clean, employees have always been nice and it's the cheapest of all other nearby hotels.

Initial check in went smooth, staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and presentable. As many have stated, it's dated with old carpet and furniture, tube TV, no charging station or Wi-Fi but it serves it's purpose, a place to sleep and move on. The location is in an older area, with some hitchhikers at a nearby location, but didn't notice anything suspicious. It's close to a venue, restaurants and stores so that's a plus. As stated before, it's a place to crash and be on your way, but if one is very picky and expecting concierge and valet services go pay the premium, if budget is what you're looking for this will do just fine.

9 Sept 2017, Discusting! First room the sheets had never been changed (food crumbs and black lint from someone’s sock and dog hair). Given a second room that looked even worse. The ceiling in the shower was falling down and the carpet was so dirty I walked around with my shoes because I wouldn’t dare go barefooted. There’s an armed guard that walks the property that they try to spin as a good thing! Let me tell you they need him, so it’s not a good thing! You also can’t enter the lobby after hours, there’s a glass bank style window with a little speaker grill to talk through it’s that bad. I have done a couple reviews and none have been published so we will try this sight. Beware there are no reviews for the last six months on their sight if that tells you anything. I wish I could post pictures here.

Stains on my sheets, no soap, you pay for WiFi and no trash liners. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the air conditioner works and the girl at the desk was awesome. I'm not too terribly picky, but some things are unacceptable.

I have stayed here many times. Love the rooms. I like that there is security roaming around. Amazing staff. I left my wallet behind after checking out one time with approx 1000 in cash and several credit cards. The wallet was returned to me with everything intact. AMAZING INTEGRITY! Thank you!

Well we had went to motel 6 roaches everywhere so we left and went to this premier in . The manager here did not want us to see the rooms first ,he didn't let us but he said trust him they are clean and No bugs so we went ahead paid for 2 rooms . POSITIVES --->>They were Very clean !!! :) beds were very comfy !!. I would suggest to bring ur own pillows because the pillows are big and Not comfy. Bathroom was very clean. NEGATIVES,--> u can hear the people next door to u clearly ,shower is very small and u can hear the people next door in the shower while ur in the shower. Weird. And The AC is very annoying . When it goes off and on it sounds like a helicopter taking off. The front desk lady was F!@#$n rude on the phone when I asked if we can check out an HR later. Very rude.. But overall my stay was great!!! . And free coffee and donuts in lobby.

Nice clean room at a reasonable price, and right off the freeway. Plenty of parking close to rooms which are accessible from outside. The staff were very helpful and found a non-smoking double occupancy room despite being booked for upcoming events. Shower/toilet area a bit small, but adequate. No microwave in room however there is one in the lobby. Burger King, Waffle House, and Jack in the Box all within walking distance, as well as a c-store.

Inexpensive and not a luxury hotel but we have found it to be clean and quiet. The only thing missing is a coffee maker but they do have excellent coffee in the lobby (mornings) along with a microwave when the lobby is open. Circle K and Jack in the Box are with in walking distance as well as a wonderful Waffle House
