Standard Courtyard setup with modern rooms and bistro. Great location for business travelers working on the north end of town. Close to many restaurant choices.

I usually don't leave reviews but I was VERY happy with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The last few hotels we stayed at were very confined and not comfortable at all. The beds were comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying here again. Not to mention the staff was very friendly also!!!!

Rooms are updated and very nice. Hotel has nice pool and outside seating area. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Very friendly staff.

Good stay. Rooms were clean and well appointed. I was in town for a session at the adjacent conference center. The hotel is next to the first watch cafe and close to a variety of chain restaurants.

This hotel is clean and decor is Modern. Beds are very comfortable. The pool area is great for spending time with your family. Lots of outdoor seating. Cable channels are limited. Great Paul Mitchell soaps in bathroom. Staff was great. No issues during our stay.

The location is not optimal being right off the freeway but the rooms are nice, food is good and feels like a courtyard.

I stay in many hotels in the Phoenix area and for a 3 star hotel, this is one of the best so far. To begin, the front desk staff are wonderful and very welcoming. As a matter of fact, I had to leave and when I came back the woman at the front desk welcomed me, even remembering my name! The room I stayed in was so spotless I thought it had been remodeled within the last few months. For the second time in a few months, I forgot an item of mine while checking out of a hotel. The staff was kind enough to find it, call me and let me know they found it, and they are shipping my item to my home. The employees here go above and beyond. The bed and pillows are comfortable and there was a pull out sofa couch in the room. This hotel is a great place to stay and I will be back! Once again, for a three star hotel, this one has to be one of the best in town!

I was there for a meeting. The building was extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room we were in was nice and the chairs were very comfortable which I find very important for a long meeting.

On the evening of February 17,2017 my son was dropped off accidentally at the incorect hotel. The desk clerk at this hotel turned my 17 year old child to the street in the rain upon realizing he was not a guest at his location.(he was a guest for that chain, just arrived at the wrong location.) It was 11:30 pm!! He was in a city he had never visited, and his cellphone was dead. He walked to your hotel and asked to use a phone to call his family or coach. The desk clerk (Angel) immediately took note that this was a lost child and allowed him in to call me, his mother. When he called me I panicked and offered to pay any price to give him a room until someone could pick him up. He said the hotel was booked and allowing people to stay was generally against policy but could see he was a lost child and did not want to turn him away. Angels are all around us as they say, but my Angel was a kind and compassionate employee who works at this location in your hotel chain. To Angel, words will never express how gratefull I am for your keeping my baby safe until we could get to him!! You have a real winner here, I hope you recognise him for going above and beyond!!!
