The service center is trash. My car had zero problems, until I took it here for an oil change. 30 min later my turn signals had went out and a message popped up on my dash saying "engine too hot, shutting off a/c". So I pop the hood and there is what I thought was oil all over the inside of my hood. Seeping out of my engine, in puddles where it could fill and zero coolant in my car. So I call them and they say bring it in. All they have to say is that it's not their fault and tell me I need 1,300$ for transmission parts. But I didn't need any of that before I came into them :-) You would think if you take your vehicle to the dealer you got it from, you wouldn't have to worry. Will never return here.

Great place to get a good used car! My gf got an 07 trailblazer a yr ago, only one previous owner, they work with you on wkly payments, help you with repairs, and good communication skills! I would refer them to anyone!

The best place in Indiana to buy a car! Jay Leonard has the largest used inventory of vehicles in Indiana. All of his cars are hand picked and is his business is built on repeat customers. I highly recommend finding your choice of vehicle on any of his large inventory lots!

I purchased a car from their location on E. State Blvd a couple years ago and have alternated between the Lima and Illinois road locations for my oil changes ever since. They are always super friendly, take great care of me, and the free carwashes are a nice added bonus. Thank you to the preferred auto team for always serving me well.

We just bought a car here and we were so happy with them. From the beginning we worked with Matt on the phone, from the first day, he was super nice. The day we actually went to see the car, just my husband and son went to test drive etc, everyone was outstanding. They were very busy that day so it did take awhile, to get paperwork around but they even fed them lunch, got them drinks etc. There was even a few small things they fixed, no problems. I will definetly return next time we buy a car. It was just nice to be treated as an importance to them. We were extremely impressed and will highly recommend them.

Took vehicle in at 9:00am on Monday for oil change, check brakes, front end allingment. Called in at 3:00pm to check status. Was told I needed tires before they could make the allingment, told them I couldn't afford tires at this time to forget the allingment. Said they were working on brakes. Called again ar 12:30pm on Tuesday. Said was starting work on brakes. It is now 2:00pm and still not done.

THIS IS REDICULAS, 27 hours. This will be my last time in!!!

What a freaking joke! They reached out to us, wanting to buy our car back, we wet in, what a joke and waste of time. After all was said and done, after they backed out the deal, it was them who wouldn't even answer their phones, sending all our calls to a generic voice-mail box and it was them who refused to even answer the simplest question as to why. Bad business practice. Don't waste your time with these shady guys, all they do is lie to you, which is pretty sad because we were repeat customers, but NOT anymore..so pathetic they wouldn't even answer their phones. Spineless bastards. Go somewhere else if you are looking for a car.
