Yesterday, I had one of those very pleasant surprises. A pay it forward gesture on the part of Precision Import, an upscale foreign and domestic auto repair company.

My Jag suffers from annoying engine fault light notice. Richard (Dick) and Patrick Horan could not fix it without the right diagnostic software BUT were kind enough to coach me on a couple of related car matters. I appreciated them sizing up the current problem without any expense and reviewing other pending matters about the car’s near term repair requirements.

With a Jag they say you need to have two, one for the garage and one to drive while the other is in there. In any case, I have found Patrick and his team diligent and trustworthy on two occasions. Better still I was able to get some work done as they graciously let me use their board room and guest wireless. How many garages do you know of with a board room, wireless and the good sense to not nickel and dime you for exploratory stuff? I’ll be back.

I just had my timing belt service done along with valve cover gaskets and many seals on my Audi S4. My experience with Precision was amazing due to the friendly employees and the fast service. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone that needs any service done to their car. They do everything they can to make sure the customers experience is best as it can be and that is what makes Precision so much better than any other shop.
