We just bought our 2nd used vehicle in just 4 months from Joey V. We were so pleased with him during our 1st purchase, that we requested him again. He made the process so easy for us, and he got us a fabulous trade in allowance, too. He always follows up after the purchase, which is refreshing!

I've been using the Service Department here for many years and have purchased my last two cars from Nick Nicholas Ford in Crystal River. They are great, they take appointments and are ready when you get there
The work is always right the first time and if your car is going to take a while they will drive you home and come back for you when it's ready.
I would recommend them for anything automotive you need. Great people.response / report this review -

I had an appointment this morning for a simple oil change and tire rotations, made several days ago. After sitting around for an hour, I retrieved my keys and went home. They hadn't even moved my car from where I had parked it. I was told when there is an appointment, the car is brought in the shop at that time - NOT. Was this because I was a woman?
I set up a second appointment with this service department, and they could not have been more accommodating. Not only was my car taken in on time, but they provided courtesy transportation for me to and from the local hospital, and washed my car! Such a difference from my first experience a week before.response / report this review -

I stopped in and was greeted by Larry. Very polite and not a pushy sales person. He listened to what I wanted and only showed me what I asked for. The buying process was easy and I learned all the features my new car had to offer. I didn't feel rushed and would definitely but from them again and recommend Larry to anyone looking for a new car.

Although I wasn't in the market to purchase a car. I visited the dealership with a friend. I must say this dealership is top notch, great customer service and Dee in sales was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I will diffentantly return and recommend this dealship to my friends and family

Top notch service department !!! Stopped by today because my check engine light came on unexpectedly. Steve came out immediately and took our truck in the shop for a tech to take a look at it. No waiting!!! They are extremely helpful and friendly. You can't go wrong with this excellent service department!

Drove from ocala to be competitive, the sales rep were all looking thru the big window never came out and ask us if we find something that we like, or can the dealers help you to locate what you want, very déspota.

Vehicle number one day1 Austin my service guy very nice ! Prompt service oil change air filters changed transmission serviced tires rotated
Vehicle number two day two service guy didn't tell me his name seemed a little agitated just oil change and tire rotated took over hour and half. Computers down when went to check out not as happy with second visit as first.response / report this review -

Just called the Ford dealer in Crystal River,Spoke with Greg from the service department,Told him I have a Ford Truck and was needing to speak with someone about repairs and what they will cost ,Greg said they do not do that there,,Said I could not speak with anyone about my Truck or the failure or what the cost or repair will be,,Well You will not get my Business, So I will take my Truck to another Dealer with some customer service,,As it is my money and if my Truck needs parts and repair ,I have to pay for them ,which means I am entitled to a speak with a qualified person about the repair and a projected Cost,I will also add I told him I would seek another Ford dealer,he hung up on me,Not what,I would refer to as professional,,

I recently had the control module replaced in my info screen at Nicholas Lincoln. Unfortunately, the service department did not or could not save all the stored information in the unit including nearly two years of GPS addresses. I travel a lot and had many addresses listed, My memory is poor and I have no sense of direction. I have lived in Citrus County for nearly two years and still have trouble knowing what entrance to use when going places locally. I therefore, rely heavily on the GPS. Now all of my addresses are gone. If the service dept. had advised me of the consequences, I would have written down the information. I am truly disappointed and will have to think very hard about buying another car from Nicholas Ford Lincoln.
