Great folks. I didn’t buy but no high pressure tactics were used. Would recommend checking them out if you want a Ford. Was served by a gentleman by the name of Art. Great coffee in the customer area.

It took 27 days for them to re- repair a F350 of mine. I got several different stories of why it was taking so long. When they got it done, I find their test drives have consumed 25 gallons of my fuel, leaving the Low Fuel Light illuminated. The after market radio I installed, and was working prior to service was dead as well. If that isn't bad enough the mechanic gave me attitude because I expected the job to be done right. The service advisor stood there like a statue as the mechanic and I argued. I filled up the fuel tank and found the radio fuse to be blown (which I replaced). Steer clear if you want your vehicle repaired correctly and in a timely manner.

First time visit. Facility is very clean and comfortable. Staff is kind, courteous, and professional. They go out of their way to assist you. Was in for parts. Jason was extremely helpful in getting me the correct wipers for my truck. Will DEFINITELY come here for any part I may need in future. Service Department is always great to deal with. From oil changes to product recall (if necessary). Always consults with customers before any additional service is performed. Very friendly staff and nice waiting room. Pick up and drop off service if you don't want to wait at dealership.

Simply amazing!! Unlike other dealers, these guys make you feel at home & honestly made my process smooth & quick. I drove all the way from Tampa, FL to come pick up new car & it was worth the drive. We were shopping around for a third vehicle, and had recently been burned by buying from a private owner. We, also, were not sure about buying from one of our local independent used car lots. We have used Flammer Ford since we moved to FL in 2005 (excellent service department), but we had never purchased a vehicle from them. We took our Mustang in for service and browsed their used vehicles. It was the last part of the month (perfect time to purchase any vehicle), and they didn't let us leave the lot until we were satisfied with the deal they were able to offer us. We are so happy with our 2012 Taurus Limited, which was in absolutely perfect, mechanical condition--like driving a new car. Our salesman, Bill Schwibert has been a top performer for Flammer Ford, and we found out why--we will definitely be his repeat customers the next time we need another vehicle. The entire process was easy and relaxed--pressure free! We would highly recommend this dealership for all your automobile needs--you will love their entire staff, from the receptionist to the manager!
