  My experience at Portage Self Storage was overwhelmingly positive. The staff was fast and friendly. The premises were pristine. I found my unit to be safe and secure. I would highly recommend their services to anybody!

  I can never access website even after using three different devices. I call;no one answers, calls back; or returns e-mails. Not good when you try to pay on time.

  This is a secure, well-lit facility. They offer several sizes at good prices. I had pleasant experiences with the staff. I would recommend Portage Self Storage!

  Wow. Do not rent a storage unit from this place if you would like a pleasant, easy experience.
  
  Their customer service is THE WORST. We've had our storage unit locked for no reason. Then it took days for one of their people to come unlock it after several calls reminding them to open it.
  
  Now today. I can't open the front gate to get in.
  
  So, if you are expecting to get access to your stuff when you need it.go elsewhere!
  
  You've been warned!
