  First I have to say I am one of the owners But I truly believe PRVH is the most caring, compassionate veterinary family I have ever known. They treat your family member like their family member. They give exchange in abundance and stellar service.

  The Doctors and staff here are so fantastically loving to their patients (and kind to their patients' humans!). The Doctors are incredibly skilled, and truly do work so hard to figure out what may be wrong, and to find a solution to the issue. I've had two of my kitties have to have surgery while living here in Beaufort, and Port Royal Veterinary Hospital has taken extraordinary care of them both times.

  I honestly feel as the the staff care more about how many tests they can run and how much money they can charge you more than the actual well being of your fur baby. I will never bring my puppy here.

  PRVH ROCKS!!!! I am humbled by their devotion and compassion to care for our fur babies. Being a Vet doctor has to be one of the hardest jobs ever. Their patients cannot speak so it is like a puzzle. Sometimes all the pieces fit together nicely sometimes it is a head scratcher until you find the missing piece. And at other times it is not found. They spend countless hours taking care of our babies and you will not find a better staff to do that than at PRVH. We love you!!

  I wouldn't even give these people a half a star. but I had to select a star to post. Worst Vet clinic I've ever been too. The staff even hate it there. All they care about is taking your money. They do not care about you nor do they care about your pet. they continue to make wrong diagnosis, or conduct unnecessary test and overnight stays, and extra visits that are not needed-just to charge you extra money. honestly these people need to be shut down. they don't care-and just want your money!!!

  Wonderful caring staff, from the front desk, vet techs, vets and anyone else I missed. They truly care about our pets, prices reasonable and they give full estimates of the care plan. Several times, the actual cost of treatment was less than the estimate. Dr. Marikay and Dr Griener, (sorry if I misspelled your name) are so professional, talented and caring! After hours care available. Some of the local vets refer everything after hours to Charleston. That's a very long ride with a sick or injured pet.Thank you for all you do!

  Horrible customer experience!
  
  The front desk staff vacillates between rude and incompetent. They were unable to register my pet for future treatment, because a complete examination is required prior to completing the admission paperwork. There may be a dumber business practice, but I can't think of one.
  
  They seem to understand and relish the fact that they are the only emergency veterinarian in town. As soon as there is another option, this business will fold.
