The service department as a whole is awesome but I have to give a special shout out to Mark. He is the man! I came in on the last day of the sale for tires and it was so busy. Some of the writers had three customers in front of them. I waited my turn of course but while I was waiting I noticed how calm Mark was sure it was super busy but Mark kept a level head and took care of his customers with a smile on his face. Mark is the embodiment of great customer service. Thank you Mark for being so nice and accommodating.

Love everything about This place. The staff is great. The facility is very welcoming. I've bought 2 vehicles there and plan to use them again in the future. My moms also bought her 2 most recent there as well. Makes buying a car just a little bit easier to know your in good hands!

Edward Miller is awesome! He's exactly the opposite of what you expect from a car salesman. He cares about putting you in the right car for you and your family and he works hard to build relationships, not just transactions. Stokes Brown Service has made us part of their family. They may not be the fastest but they are thorough and beyond kind. Andrew is always there to greet us and calls us afterwards to follow-up. Curtis makes sure that the work is done properly and that we are happy when we leave. I will buy the continued care package from Stokes Brown on all future purchases so I can have these guys service my cars!

I purchased my vehicle new at this dealership in 2015 and have had a wonderful experience until just recently. My vehicle was flooded in Hurricane Irma and my insurance company sent my vehicle to Stokes for diagnostics and repair. Progressive told me to contact Alonzo for any questions relating to the repair of my vehicle. I have had lots of questions especially since the vehicle was being repaired instead of being totaled since it had water damage. I am for obvious reasons suspicious about future failures the vehicle could incur relating to the electrical and other vehicle subsystems. Alonzo has been very short and condescending when I inquire about the details of the condition of the vehicle. All he tells me is that they replaced the engine and everything is fine and that I need to pay my deductible and have my vehicle removed from Stokes. I have an extended service contract for my vehicle and do not know how this repair will affect future services and if I am covered for damages further related to water intrusion in the vehicle.

We just came home from Toyota Stokes and my husband and I were blown away by the service and the quality of what we received. The staff was very accommodating and really worked with us in leasing our new RAV4. We would highly recommend the Stokes dealership they were just wonderful. Our sales person Eric really went the extra mile and just made us feel very welcome and and gave us a great deal and was very helpful and informative.

We entered this facility with 9 month old twins and a 6 year old and we received outstanding customer service the entire three hours we were there. Salesmen held babies, fed my 6 year old, anticipated every little thing that might make our jobs easier and made our car buying experience superb !

The absolute best car buying experience I've ever had in over 40+ years of buying cars! Jamie Abbamont, our Salesperson, and the Closing Manager, Shawn Richardson, were the absolute best!! 100% professional, courteous, and respectful. No "BS" whatsoever like you get at a lot of dealers. Just a straightforward great deal on our trade and the price of our new 4Runner, and an interest rate that was outstanding! I would recommend this dynamic duo to anyone and everyone!

Bought a 2017 Corolla SE today and had an AWESOME experience! Chris Browne is wonderful to deal with. He made things happen and really got it going for me! I left happy and he sent me off happy! Overall a wonderful experience. Everyone there is friendly and cares about your needs and concerns. I left and didn't have to do anything! They did it all for me!
