This place is HORRIBLE! We have had nothing but problems getting any work done to our RV that we made the mistake of buying there. There's no way I can tell you all we have gone through. They did crappie repairs and when we questioned them about it, the repairman who did the work said "No issue." We have tried talking to management, they said they would check on it and give us a call back. Yeah, right! It's very seldom they call back, however, if they do, they still can't give you a straight answer. NEVER EVER go there!!!!!!

Pro: Boat a new boat from her about a month ago. Sales rep Melissa was outstanding and never stop working to get me in the boat I wanted. She did an amazing job and I would be another boat from her in the future. She is the reason I finished the deal.
Con: Been a month and the dealership still has not paid off the camper that I traded in. Had a real issue with one of the sales manager who wanted to agree with me instead of trying to make a deal.
Overall: Melissa was the reason I went through with the purchase. She is a great rep and will work for you. The corporate side of Boat and RV World needs to get it together.response / report this review -

This gets two stars based on the fact that if you wanted a RV today it had what you would probably want in Class C coach. If you wanted to actually just look at RVs this is not a pleasant or enjoyable experience. You would have to get a key fob to look outside. We started with inside the dealer first, the hard sale began. When we mentioned wanting to see some others outside, this was after agreeing that we liked a particular style, the salesmen said "why, when you know this is the one you want.etc etc.". We mentioned wanting to see the leprechaun model and salesmen said that's not the one you want. Everything you want is right here with the Freelander. He wanted to know when we wanted to buy and I said not for a few months. My wife said we drove 40 miles and that is why we want to see some other styles. The salesman said "this is not a museum" he went on to say that basically he had done this for years and once you find the "box" you like we could just go do paperwork. In the end this experience turned us off from this particular dealer.

We bought our first trailer from them and our sales associate Charlie was the greatest! He was friendly, patient and went above and beyond to help us and answer the numerous questions we had. We will definitely be going back for our supplies and maybe even an upgrade one day!

Great staff, easy process and signed off for our boat the same day going in. Charlie was an amazing salesmen very respectful and doing all he could to get us the boat and was very professional and didnt make it a pain in the butt was actually enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a boat, camper, or rv and I'd recommend going to Charlie, he took care of us and made us part of the family over there. He's definitely the go to guy if your looking for a great salesmen who cares about you and will work with you as much as he can.

Zach was an awesome salesman! He was very knowledgeable, we told him our request and he found the exact unit that met our needs and more AND that fit in our price range! He was very patient and didn't try to rush us into a sale, took time even on a couple of days when he was home sick to answer our questions, just everything you would hope for in a salesman! Also, we tried to purchase the unit as our evacuation plan for hurricane Irma, we unfortunately found out the day we planned to pick up the unit that we would not be able to take it due to insurance companies not writing any new policies due the state of emergency. The staff however bent over backwards to get us a generator (no idea how they found one) so we were able to still have power in the event of power loss. In all it was a great buying experience and I'm very appreciative of the staff there!

I am surprised to read so many negative reviews but I suppose people are more apt to write a negative review quicker than a positive one. It is for this reason I wanted to take some time and post my experience.
My experience and purchase were both great. I found what I was looking for and got a price that was lower then anywhere else I looked. The quality of the product is thus far excellent. The only reason I was hesitant to do a 5 star review was because the initial salesman who assisted me seemed too lack some answers to my questions. I was slightly frustrated initially but once he sensed this he apologized and informed me he was training. He then immediately got his manager who was quick to assist me and answer all my questions. He showed me a variety of options and was very honest and upfront about all pros and cons as well as pricing. On top of that he gave me his direct contact should I have any questions or need assistance in the future. Thanks again, I will be back.response / report this review -

DO NOT EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! I bought a boat in August of 2015 and only had the boat in my possession a few months total, it was in the shop more than we had it in the water. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and they should not be in business.

Absolute the worst company to deal with on this planet!!
They deserve to have a score of 5 negative stars.
A sales contract for a 2017 Caravelle Razor was null and void when another customer came up with a check in hand.
Second boat was a used as demo boat from a dealer in TN.
This boat had no manuals for the boat and engine??
We expected a new trailer and found out on the way home that trailer was used and a couple of years old.
We immediately turned around on I-95 and demanded a new trailer.
All in all this company will swindle their customers when ever the can get away with.
They promised a full tank of gas and 2 stroke oil for the Evinrude engine, that never happened..!!
We liked our sales guy Jared, he needs to find a better company to work for.
Take our advice STAY AWAY from this mafia style operation!!response / report this review -

This place is terrible!!! After waiting 2.5 weeks for my "brand new camper" to be ready for pickup first thing that was very discouraging, losing driving time from Statesboro to Ridgeland 2x, but 3 with looking trip, and losing a charged night in camping because it was supposed to be done Friday and got the call Friday saying it wouldn't be ready. Anyways they screwed paperwork up, so we had enough and backed out. They kept my deposit and threatened to sue us. The finance dept sucks and the store manager I guess, whatever he is, Travis was terrible. No customer service what so ever. Didn't have time to talk to me on the phone and really got loud with us a few times. This place really discouraged me and my family, so now we don't even want to buy a camper, terrible place. Plus better business bearu does not recommend them at all, research that before dealing with this place, but our salesman Jonathan was great, he was just not informed they were supposed to be jerks.
