Horrible! Very expensive! When we got here, the water didnt work. Had electrical issues and the heat didnt work. The worst part was this hotel is INFESTED with cock roaches. I set my drink down for long enough to use the restroom after they fixed our water and there was a roach in my drink. Boarder line rude employees and they tell their customers that their front desk gets robbed often. Hence why they lock the doors after dark. The people we had in rooms around us were obnoxious and admit to being in prison. Not a safe area and would DEFINITELY sleep in my car before EVER going here again!

Our sheets hadn't been changed and we found a dirty sock and hair in the bed. Staff was not the most helpful when we called about it. We were told we had to come to the lobby to get them and once we got there they said they needed to see if they had any clean sheets available.

Clean rooms, friendly front desk clerk, very helpful. The packets they handed out of Port Royal and family day/ graduation info was great. The late checkout came in handy for my Marine to come back and shower before heading home.

Oh my gosh. I thought it was going to a nice hotel. Was so dissapointed. The bathtub had black on the tile, lamp shades were like stained. Fingerprints on headboard. The tv was terrible. I will say that a lady named Shelia was very nice . She checked me in. They also faxed something for me without changing. For the money that they are making on families coming to Parris Island to watch a family member graduate from boot camp they should be able to make that place look nice. Sorry but it just wasn't worth the money that I paid.

Rooms are very clean, the housekeeping ladies are very nice and helpful at any time. Peter at the counter is super helpful as well as the whole staff. I travel for a living and this hotel accommodates. Very professional and everyone seems to be in a great mood!!!!!!!

    Nothing but smiles over here

TERRIBLE TREATMENT TO MY EVACUATING FAMILY!!!!
Called Days Inn and spoke to the centralized scheduling (as I've done in the past) and the closest Days Inn with vacancy was this hell hole. I am only giving one star because I can't give zero. The scheduling system assured me that this hotel had power and was not flooded as well as would take all 4 of my pets after they placed me on hold and made a direct call to this hotel. When nearing the hotel address, my husband and I ran into several road blocks due to the roads being flooded. When we reached out to the hotel, the male that answered the phone told us "too bad" and we'd have to find a way to get there or we would be charged. At that time, we asked again if the hotel was flooded and were told no. After 1 hour of attempting to find the hotel, we finally arrived to a completely flooded parking lot and two nasty front desk attendants that said that they wouldn't allow my pets. I told them over and over that this reservation was made via the service and I was informed that my pets would be allowed. They then said it would be $25 per pet, even though their sign said $10. The two (Indian or Middle Eastern) front desk personnel then began speaking in their own language and rolling their eyes at me. After waiting in their lobby for 30 minutes, we were begrudgingly given our keys and pointed to our room. Our room was completely flooded, even the beds were wet. The bathroom had dirty towels on the floor. The TV/internet did not work. Staying there for only 7 hours was complete hell for my already exhausted family that had been evacuating for 4 days at the time. After leaving the hotel, I checked my bank statement and we were charged $20 more for the room then quoted and $11 per pet. Approximately $150 for having my stressed out family and animals rest in a dumpster. Thanks a lot Days Inn of Port Royal. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Days Inn and Wyndam Resorts should be embarrassed of this disgusting hotel that reflects their good name.

While evacuating hurricane Irma I found this hotel had vacancy at contractor rates. The area is quiet. Staff is friendly. The room is mostly in good condition. Had a humid thickness. Beds are comfy. Overall this is a nice place to stay.

The bed was lumpy with springs poking you. The pillows were huge and hard, very awkward to sleep on. I will give them that the room was clean, but even with the curtains closed a Great deal of blue light was coming in from the sides of the Windows lighting up the room at night. The shower curtain was on in such a way that it made a huge mess all over the bathroom for. The pool was a plus. The free breakfast was very cheap. The only gluten free options were mediocre orange juice and near tasteless apples. All in all not my best hotel experience, and I've stayed at some cheap hotels...

The lady at the front desk had no desire of helping us at all. The rooms were not clean, and falling apart. The restrooms had a very strong smell. The breakfast was horrible.

Okay it is convenient you want to go to the beach or to Hilton Head for shopping.
You can tell that whoever cleaned most of these rooms is not cleaning it thoroughly when it comes to the bathroom. But overall the staff is Friendly is locally owned and operated and I will definitely continue to stay there.

We payed. And we didn't even end up sleeping here because there were so many bugs...just being in the room made my skin itch.. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. They were nice enough to give us our money back.

It served its purpose. I needed a bed to rest in order to attend Marine's Family day and Graduation. It was clean. The first floor did smell kind of humid and musky but the second floor was definitely better. The service was great too. Very friendly people on staff.

If you have a choice of sleep in your car are going to this hotel, sleep in your car! The rooms are not just dirty. Our room was filled with cockroaches, smells like vomit, and was generally disgusting. You might notice if you happen to show up at this hotel, the front door lobby is dead-bolted bolted because they don't want anybody to possibly get in. This might suggest it is not exactly the best area to be staying in. We considered getting breakfast after spending a mere three and a half hours at this hotel, but after second thought we just jumped in our car at 5:30 a.m. and got the heck out of there. This was somewhat disappointing after spending $84 because he checked in at 12:45 a.m. I totally understand that there are few hotels available during the spring break time frame, but had we known we would be in this situation, we would have waited until Saturday morning to leave. God bless you all who decide to book at this dump.
