I have owned my 911 for about four years. I bought it new. and Andreas helped me build it. My experience with Porsche of Orlando has been excellent from that point through today. I paid a very fair price. I love the car. The dealership employees, to the person, have all been excellent. I have had my car in for required service and each experience was great. I bought the tire warranty program when I bought the car and have actually had to use it 5 times. Each and every time a tire was replaced, everybody at the dealership was great and the tires were replaced, no questions asked. I will buy my next Porsche from this dealership. .

Today I had reason to visit Porsche of Orlando to top off the oil level on my Porsche Macon before driving home to New Jersey. I arrived early and immediately I knew I was in good hands when Tom Ballog greeted me at the Service entrance. He understood the reading on the oil sensor and went a step further to ensure that not only the right amount was added but also that the sensor was reading correctly. His profound courtesy and professionalism was evident from the start and my thanks go out to Tom and his peers for the care and assurance they gave me in my time of need. A truly exceptional Porsche dealership!!!!!

Our first Porsche purchase! We couldn't be happier. We visited Porsche of Orlando several weeks ago once. We mainly talked to Mr. John Price. He was extremely pleasant, took time to show us various vehicles. Even though it was closing time on our first visit, he still took time to answer our questions, help us as much as he could. We went back and decided to purchase a Cayenne S. Mr. Price was again very courteous, extremely helpful.

We have purchased cars at other dealerships before and there is always a stereotypical pressure. At no point in time I felt such pressure from anyone at this Porsche.

I have to also point out couple more things. We did consider Mercedes ML350 which is a great vehicle. However, Porsche design especially luxurious interior is far superior to Mercedes design. When I visited one particular Mercedes Dealership, there was a very artificial manner in which people helped us. Mr. John Price at Porsche and other sales people as well were extremely friendly, easy to talk to and ask questions. They will truly go extra mile to make you comfortable, help you decide and you won't feel any pressure.

Overall, we had a great experience at this Porsche dealership and particularly our dealing with Mr. John Price. I would go back there myself and recommend anyone to check this dealership out and definitely consider Porsche.

Great buying experience from Andraus my salesman to Lisa in finance. What a refreshing change from the typical "hurry up and wait" you get from other car dealers. I would highly recommend this dealer for any purchase.

Excellent experience!
My husband and I have purchased many cars over the years and have to say that this experience was by far the best. Our sales ambassador, John, was easy and very personable to talk to over the phone, held the car for us for 5 days (with a small deposit) until our funds were available with no pressure. He was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. After the sale, he even over-nighted a ball cap to my husband free of shipping charge. This place is top notch and in a class all its own. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a Porsche!

I was looking forward to owning a new car but not looking forward to the process of buying. Not only did I purchase a really fun car, I had an exceptional purchasing experience. My "brand ambassador" (sales person) ticked all the boxes: No-PRESSURE, didn't feel rushed; trustworthy; great listening skills; process was EFFICIENT; quick and clear communication (texts, email, in-person without overdoing it); no last minute surprises; very professional and polite; attentive; went above & beyond; VALUED my time.
I was looking at other brands but after my experience with Porsche sales, there was no question I was going to purchase from them. My sales person (deservedly called brand ambassador) was AUTHENTIC, and passionate about the brand and giving me the best sales experience possible.
There is no doubt the product sells itself but having the first class sales with it, puts the brand in another class for me. Well done Porsche and thank you Andreas - you are a credit to your brand!
