DIM PROJECTION SPOILS GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Just took family to 2:30 Wednesday screening of The Last Jedi in theater 14. Online purchase of reserved seating was great. Retrieval of paid tickets at theater was fast and easy. Concession service was fine. Bathrooms were clean and in order. Stadium-style seating with power recliners is very good.

Only problem was the projection was so dark that it was hard to see much of anything in all but the 'brightest' scenes. Unfortunate, since throttling the projection brightness is a cost-saving decision that really undercuts what would otherwise be a premium experience.

Find another theater that doesn't underpower the bulb to save a buck, if you can.

The new individual power reclining seats are AMAZING. There was room to recline with my legs all the way up and people could still pass in front of me walking down the aisle. What a nice experience.

Very nice theater. Has reserved seating. The popcorn is its own separate station, which means you don't have to wait in line for refills. Also have a separate soda machine. Seats recline and have a footrest. Large space between rows means no one has to move for you to pass means less disruption to the experience.

Ultra-luxe reclining seats. It's the comfort of watching a movie at home replicated in theater. Clean theaters, speedy ticket and concessions counter. Shows all the big films, and a good selection of sleeper hits, you want to see.

In comparison to the other theater in Pooler, this one comes in 1st place. Clean, friendly, spacious, and comfortable.

On this last trip, there was a baby crying in our theater. When I went for a popcorn and drink refill, the young lady was asking me how I was enjoying the movie so farI mentioned the distraction of the baby and she sent the manager in. I saw them come in after I sat back down and they observed for nearly 5 minutes before going back out. Of course the baby stopped crying for those 5 minutes and continued after the management left. The point is, they cared to do something about my experience in the theater and I appreciate that.

Awesome Place absolutely loved it great recliners great movies had a great time can't wait to take the kids to see Ragnarok the only thing that would make this better is if they sold food like some other theaters that I've seen that sell hamburgers hot wings french fries chicken nuggets so on and so forth

Assigned seating makes seating easy. (Not having to walk and look for available seats.) Lets not forget to mention the big comfy recliners! The staff was very courteous and professional. My favorite theater.

This place is awesome. Since they brought in the recliner seating this is the only theater I have gone to. They don't allow folks to just talk through movies either. It's always a great experience here

My friends and I went tonight to see a 10:15 movie, we bought our tickets early. Went in and sat down, had NUMEROUS verbal altercations with people over these "assigned seating" they have. It's the most ridiculous thing I've heard. My friends and I were unable to sit with each other. The staff seemed not to care and we basically had to deal with the issue ourselves. We decided to leave as the movie was starting and get our money back. Yes, the seats are comfy but I'm an adult and don't need somebody telling me where I can and can not sit in a movie and then it getting to the point where it causes problems. Will not ever come back to this theatre. So disappointed. Assigned seating to who?!???

boy howdy are these seats comfy or what???? Full recline, utterly squishy. Love it. Bring a blanket, the AC is very robust. I have not yet tried the food.

Awesome. Nicest seats I've ever experienced in a theater. Full power 2 way plush leather recliners. Super spacious. The arms big enough to hold a Large drink, Tub of popcorn and Cell phone Also rap around curved screen. Like being in your own personal Theater room.

This was absolutely the best experience! The feeling of being able to kick your feet up as if you were at home will definitely make me a repeat customer! Being able to choose your seats at ticket purchase is brilliant and guarantees you'll sit where you want in the theatre!

For once I didn't feel like I placed in like sardines on small uncomfortable chairs. The recylning seats are awesome. I was able to enjoy the show and not have to worry about bumping elbows with the person next to me. They made the consumers comfort first in this cinema. I will absolutely be going back .

Tickets can be purchased at kiosks OR the concession stand when you get your snacks. No standing in two lines anymore. Very efficient. The rows are very spacious. You can put your leg rest up and still leave plenty of room for people to pass. The seats are extremely large and comfortable. Sitting next to a stranger isn't weird anymore because you aren't right next to them like before. Can't wait for the large format screen auditorium to open.
