  ATM is always out of order! The loan process is very slow. I love the concept of a local credit union but used Wells Fargo on my last auto purchase due to slow turnaround time. The people are nice but no one can help resolve issues.

  If you need to go inside or through the drive thru to make a deposit/withdrawal, things are usually dandy. The tellers are very friendly. However, if you need to use the ATM or have a problem/question about your account, I would recommend calling a different branch. The ATM is usually out of order or out of cash after hours. Today, I had a concern about a transaction that posted to my account. The woman I talked to totally lacked any kind of customer service skills and patronized me, belittled my concern over my hard earned, tiny paycheck, and had an attitude. I called the Richmond Hill branch immediately after talking with her and they were so helpful. Kathy gave me a few more details about the transaction in question and totally answered my question.

  It's worth going there the people are so nice and they take the time to help people and it's not that long they always have more than one person there to help anyone if need to be I approve to this place love itits a good bank

  Olivia is simply amazing! She was such great help for my boyfriend and I who both have accounts with this location in rincon! Thanks for all the help with our online banking girl!!
