Room is clean, bed is comfortable, atmosphere is nice. I like the food options and variety, the shops and gaming area are enjoyable. The smoking in the gaming area is a negative, but you'd find that anywhere. Check-in process took longer than I'd have liked. Long line and an equipment issue but employees have all been friendly and helpful.

Customer service was amazing, however the rooms still are in need of a major update, I've been at nicer La Quinta Inn's, not what you'd expect from a LV strip Hotel. The Casino itself is very nice and the pool is fun as well; get out there early, the chairs are gone EARLY. Fun poolside activites, offer a wave pool and lazy river and chair side drink/food service.

Liked this hotel, not the best but certainly quite good, nice selection of restaurants, reasonably well positioned on the strip. Staff are very helpful and friendly, would recommend to others

Really great staff, love that this hotel and casino is smaller then the massive ones. Sometimes they can get overwhelming, whereas here they have a really great selection of rooms and they will upgrade you. Not sure why people complain here because the staff and all eateries, everyone is really nice. Vegas is a customer service oriented city, I've not found many locations not willing to do what it takes to make you happy. Stayed here 3 weeks for business and will go back again!

It's a pretty good property on the strip. Rooms are remarkably quiet considering the construction are that area. Rooms are a little outdated and hallways feel dingy. I love playing the $15 single deck black jack. Service is very good and slots seem to pay well at the beginning so hit your small jackpot and roll on.
