  Never been. However, the ladies are friendly, beautiful and very knowledgeable. They have to be to have guest day in and day out. The place is always packed, and that tells me it has to be outstanding services and epic service to cater to any and all guest needs.

  Stopped in today to get a pedicure with a friend. The ambience was nice, the tools appeared appropriately sanitized, the staff were friendly. My only concern is the ladies doing our pedicures were too chatty. I didn't enjoy my pedicure because because they talked the entire time. MOST individuals do pedicures as a form of rest and relaxation.

  So I always used to go here because I found a nail tech that I really liked! Well he quit because he wasn't being treated fairly and because of that I won't be going there anymore. They have great hospitality but many of their nail techs do rush jobs like the one doing my feet now. I shouldn't have to pay $50+ for a rush job. I barely got a pedicure. There's only one other person I'll let do my nails here and she's always on vacation so I will have to find somewhere else to go. So overall I'm not happy. Also do not let them wax ANYTHING on your face. My eyebrows looked horrible and she tried to say they were already like that!

  This place is amazing. When I go I usually get manis and pedis. They have massage chairs for when you do your pedicure and comfortable rolling chairs. My mom usually gets gel manicures and nail polish doesn't come off for weeks it's amazing. The staff is SO SO SO nice, helpful and understanding (a little hard to understand sometimes, but that doesn't matter), a little over priced but it is SO worth it. They will ask you if you want wine, water or soda, I think that is great. They have a large selection of nail polish colors, chairs and couches while you wait. I would strongly recommend that you get an appointment (especially on the weekends) I would recommend this place to anyone. And awesome service. I love my time there💖. It's definitely not a waste of time or money😄

  My go to nail spot! Moved to KC a couple years ago and have tried many nail shops and this is hands down THE BEST. I get a gel mani every 3 weeks and they do a fantastic job. The nail technicians are friendly and professional and nice atmosphere. They are a little pricier than other shops but it's worth every penny for the professional way my nails are done. Highly recommend!

  I like their workmanship and the fact their tools are santized properly. I have always had courteous service. Sometimes there may be a wait but rare for me. I would give a 5 star but I never get asked if I want a drink.

  I go to Polished every three weeks to get my nails done. I have had acrylic nails as well as just gel, and just about every nail tech has worked on my nails. Every one is so nice and professional! In the two years I've been going, I've only had one manicure that wasn't perfection and they fixed it for free.
  The atmosphere is very upscale. Chandeliers hang from the ceiling and the space is bright and clean with contrasts of black and white design. You can have wine, water or soda while you get your nails done. They also offer brow/facial waxing services but I have not taken advantage of those services. They are a little pricier than most nail salons I have been to, which is why I say 4 stars rather than 5 (acrylic fill with gel color costs about $40) but my nails do last and are well done. Parking is located in the Cosentinos garage and can be validated for free as long as you stay parked under two hours.

  First time with Jenny was awesome on my gel polish. This second time with another employee I was not very impressed. I had the same problem with the pedicure as what many others have mentioned - it didn't dry even after more than an hour. So it smudged and I had to paint over them when I got home. I could have done that myself anyway.for free.
  And my gel mani obviously gets darker as it extends from the cuticle. It appears thicker toward the tip. It's driving me crazy looking at it!
  Too bad I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait around to change it.
