Nails look good, but cut me multiple times. Wouldn’t recommend.
Worst experience. Great prices but not great service, all my nails are different shapes. My gel polish has fuzzies to where you can see it in the polish. Not impressed.
I had a gel manicure and less than 4 hours later, it was chipping, and they did a crappy job!!! I was really careful with my nails too. I went back the next day and asked them to fix them at no charge. They re-did them, but he (owner, I think) was complaining to the other customers, that that is what happens if you use a keyboard after the manicure and not careful, and made it sound like it was my fault. He made me feel very uncomfortable and will not go back!!! How rude!
I dont even think they only deserve a one star cause of poor service . to tell a customer that they where the only one open on a Sunday and that wasn't. True. I found one when they turned me away.
People were nice-- BUT salon was dirty and child was all over the place and trying to help. Not a relaxing environment and I won't go back again! Two girl helpers looked hung over and one was out front smoking a cigarette and did not wash her hands when she came back in. Used the same bowl of acetate remover for me and then the lady next to me!!! Has to be a health violation!
best experience of my life, me and my friend lydia decided to get our nails done last minute and this was the only place open we walked in expecting it to be really high priced but it's a great price!!!! 18 and under are only 30$ for gel Acrylic set
The couple who own are super nice, friendly and accomidating. Fabulous pedicure. Average manicure. Could have done my nails myself.
They treat you like family! I brought my 2 girls here, and they loved it! Thanks to Tony and Heidi, they did an amazing job on our nails!
I have been coming here for almost two years. When we first moved here from SoCal, I tried EVERY nail shop in Osage Beach, L.V. Nails was the last one.
My expectations were high, the nail shops in SoCal are many and the competition is fierce.
Tony and his wife Heidi are the owners and now that their nephews have left, it's just them. So do NOT come when youre in a hurry and don't take it personally when they see you past your appt time. The nature of the Vietnamese nail culture is to work hard, stay open until everyone is taken care of and never say no to any customer. And if they have to say no, they try to be nice about it.
Heidi gives THE BEST pedicure at the lake, bar none. I'll be honest, I am too fat to reach my feet and I can't see good enough to do my own toe nails. But Miss Heidi nails it, every, single time! She will carefully dig out the ingrowns and she has a loyal group of men who come just for her to do that to their feet.
Tony does the acrylics, although I am not sure how fancy he can get.
Tip them well and you will be rewarded with regular, awesome pedicures/manicures that can't be beat.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE! BEST experience in my life , only place I will go now! The 45 minute drive is definitely worth it! Tony & his wife are wonderful with their clients! They go above & beyond to provide the best service! Tony recently ordered new chairs & they're amazing!! NEVER question where to go if ever in the Osage area. LV Nails is the place to go!!
