The guy doing my nails was talking about the lady that was sitting right beside me. He put on my acrylic very uneven and he filed my middle finger on my right hand at an angle. When I told him about it he tried to correct it but it still didn't match the rest of the fingers. Messed up my cuticles. The acrylic was applied so unevenly. It looks like a beginner did this. And the way he filed down around my cuticles it makes it look like I need a fill-in already. I didn't say too much when I first got them done because there were a lot of people in there and I didn't want to cause a scene, but I will be going back tomorrow to have these removed and to get a full refund. I am not 100% satisfied and I would not recommend this to anyone. I should have stuck with New York nail and spa, and I recommend everyone else go there as well.

I’ve been to this nail salon twice, and both times they ruined my nails. I went in for a full set, and the man who did my nails did not take his time at all. He had an attitude before we even got started. He was filing my nails to the point of drawing blood, he didn’t sanitize ANYTHING, he kept stoppping to play on his phone, and literally ALL of my nails were crooked. When I asked him to fix the acrylics, he said that my fingers were just crooked (they’re not). I told him that when I do my own acrylics they never turn out like that, and then he had an attitude the rest of the time. The acrylic had bubbles in it and did not go on smooth at all. I tried this place twice because I thought the first time it might have just been the guy who was doing them that messed it up, but turns out it’s just the salon. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a halfway decent set of nails.

Did a terrible job on my daughter's nails. Messed up the skin around the nails and nail cuticles butcher them. They didn't last 24hrs.

Seat number 5.. horrible nail tech, he was very rude, unprofessional, I will not be going here anymore, Plus he had the nerve to me terrible😒 and he's the one who did a terrible job on my nails. I showed nothing but respect to that man but I should have just walked out..( yes it was that bad)

Always busy but the guy that did my nails was very nice and he took his time to do my nails and they turned out just the way I want them.

I went to get an acrylic fill in and decided to do French tips. The man made me wait 5 minutes and came back with a pack of cigarettes and smelled like smoke. You can see where my nails had grown back out under the polish, he didn't get the edges good, there's bubbles in the polish, and the color is streaky. Also, I accidentally smudged me finger and he yelled at me for not being careful so much that I cried - and when he tried to fix it he did a horrible job and you can see every single mistake. I highly do not recommend this place. Do not ever go here.

I had the worst experience ever at this nail salon. It is by far the worst nail salon that I have ever gone to. The customer service was terrible because I decided to treat my mother and I to a pedicure. We both left with the same dead skin on our feet that we walked in with. Furthermore, the salon is filthy with dead bugs on the floor near the pedicure area and they use these old raggedy blue towels that look like they came from someone's house!
I hate that my mom had such a terrible pedicure as her birthday gift and I wasted my hard earned money! Now we have to go to our usual salon because this place needs to be shut down immediately!response / report this review -

My experience was not good I recommend not going there, they do a bad job with customer service and they talk about the customer and the prices are very high for the poor work and they are very rude and are disrespectful and have a attitude I do not recommend

I have a broken toe nail, and my pinky nail has been completely torn due to the woman being on a FaceTime call, drilling my nails and filing them to an undesirable shape, and on top of that my nail is glued to my skin So my pinky nail is not coming off its hanging with my flesh out underneath. the people talk so rudely about customers feet saying they needed a basic and a deluxe pedicure.. HORRIBLE!!!!!
