BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give a 1/4 star I would. Save your money! I have tried to give this place several chanceshoping it would improve but it hasn't. This place is incredibly overpriced to be a second hand shop. I have bought things in there and it turns out I could have either paid the same price for it new or could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. The staff act like it would kill them to be the least bit helpful and are more concerned about discussing their personal lives with one another or are on their phones. Shop at you're own risk!! I am hopeful things will improve because I truly believe in supporting the locals but after the many visits I'm not hopeful.

I looked through the store and found some very nice items and ended up buying stuff. However, some things are upped in price way too much. Also, I tried to resell things that were all in great condition, but they barely took anything. Which points me to the question of why do they have stains and holes and pilling in half of their clothes in the store? I'm not going to pay 10 dollars for a stained shirt when I can buy a new one for almost the same. Some of the people who worked there were rude, and I really doubt I'll come back.

This place is beyond ridiculous! They come off as a nice establishment, especially with their high prices. So when selling items, one would expect them to pay out a little more! Well not so much, they find whatever they can wrong with the product and low ball the heck out of it! I brought in easily $50-$100 worth of stuff and they offered me $8!!! Eight measly dollars!! Are you kidding me? That's insulting! I will not be returning to this place in any capacity! Thanks for nothing!

Very nice store. Nice items. A little more expensive but still cheaper than retail stores. They take items on consignment. If they are newer condition. Or antique items. Also furniture of any kind that isn't beat up or cveap.

I have been shopping and selling here since 2003 and have never had a bad experience! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store has a nice ambiance and doesn't feel stuffy like a lot of consignment shops. They have a great selection of shoes and home goods as well as clothes for a reasonable price! Definitely recommend!

Very well put together and prices aren't bad.. I like that the floor space inside was tidy and inviting. Nice and clean, and the Customer Service wasn't far off from that either. Pretty nice individuals to converse with..

I love this place! I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago and I was surprised to see that they have really low prices for great quality stuff. The place is nicely organized. There are a lot of sales and they have some kind of rewards program which is useful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We have had only wonderful experiences here - as both sellers and shoppers! Always a pleasant treat going to Sandy's! Love their selection, pricing, sales policies, and customer service. My out of town visitors love to come here too! And I like that they give you cash on the spot at fair prices. Great finds and all around an excellent experience.

The discriminate against plus sized women. Their selection is outdated and they refuse new items, even with tags.

Many items have holes, stains, missing buttons, broken zippers, or a pair of shoes is falsely represented by displaying the better shoe of the pair. All sales are final.

Cons:
**Rude staff
**Not keeping promises --> ("Your clothes will be reviewed and we will have a price ready in 2 hours") ----3 hours later, clothes are still in queue..waiting..
** POOR pricingyou get 30% of the assessed value.they price BRAND NEW CLOTHING AT $5 and you get $1.50.

Forever finding great deals at Sandy's. Some of their things are a bit overpriced but they are the most high end resale boutique in town so that's understandable. I will be needing a bigger shoe closet thanks to their amazing selection and even their furniture is very chic. Love their teal theme and for sure suggest getting the rewards card. If you add them on Facebook they do a great job at promoting sales and putting stuff on hold for you.

Slightly overpriced but good quality clothing and furniture. Clean store, which is sometimes hard to find for a consignment/thrift store. Large clothing selection. Good selection of rugs, household items. Some plus-size clothing.

I love Sandy's so much. The people that work there are kind and nice. The prices are out of this world good. Its clean and well organized. Sandy Is the sweetest lady I've every meet and she cares what the people think.
