Rebecca helped me out a lot with getting my scooter! She walked me through every detail of the purchase and all the required maintenance the scooter will need and ensured I felt comfortable with all of the information! Everyone who helped me was super sweet and genuine. I enjoyed my experience and I am really glad I went to them. They also were very responsive and apologetic when I was over charged for something and they gave me a refund while over the phone. Super awesome staff who are super responsive and kind people!!!!

NS4L's commitment to customer service and delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience (UCE) is clearly displayed from the moment you step foot in the dealership.
As a sophomore in college, I heavily rely on a vehicle other than my car to conveniently get me to and from my apartment and to classes on campus. One of the team members, Matt, was an exceptional sales associate and made sure to help me find a scooter that fit all of my needs and wants.
Another sales associate, Stefany, did an amazing job of carefully walking me through every step of the paperwork, making sure I fully understood every form I signed and answering any questions I had.

New Scooters 4 Less is a company that knows why they exist: Their culture is to change the status-quo and have fun while doing it; they do this by having amazing, student-centered customer service with open-communication and top-quality service; and they just happen to sell scooters.
I'm a currently a senior, having first purchased my scooter from NS4L before I began my freshmen year at the University of Florida. While the years and the many miles I put on my scooter slowly started to slow it down, NS4L's commitment to customer service and getting me mobile never did. It's not that they offer lower, competitive prices (which they do) or they help grab my vehicle when it's in a bind (which they have,) but beyond that, they truly listen. When my scooter expenses became too unwieldy for me recently, two representatives from NS4L worked, talked and helped me make informed decisions of what to do next.
First came Hannah, who through our many phone calls, fielded my many questions, made me feel heard, and responded to my concerns so thoughtfully and professionally. After a few conversations, she brought in the person who largely oversaw my service, Brad.
Brad made a point to see what I felt, as a student struggling to make it to class, pay rent and still enjoy my college experience. He worked with managers above to ensure that at the end of the day, I got a fair price and I left the story happy.
New Scooters 4 Less isn't perfect; but that doesn't stop them from trying their best everyday to achieve that very goal. Brad and Hannah made certain that I stayed a customer throughout my remaining time in Gainesville (crossing fingers for law school) and made me feel part of their scooter family.response / report this review -

Recently we shopped for a scooter for our daughter at New Scooters 4 Less. What an amazing company! Starting with the owner Colin who worked hard to give us a great package, to Stephanie who talked to us about scooters and everything available for them and then Daniel who did a thorough job explaining the works of the scooter to our daughter and showing her how to ride. Going to New Scooters 4 Less is an event, they make it fun and give you confidence that even after the purchase they will take care of you!

I had an amazing experience picking out my scooter with such warm, friendly, and kind staff. They were very helpful in my decision process. I never felt rushed or pressured and they answered any questions I had. Also, a shout out to Jordan for being the best salesman ever thank you for everything!!!!

Matt is an awesome sales associate, he made my scooter purchase very exciting and enjoyable! Everyone I worked with was very nice and helpful. I am very happy with my choice of scooter and choice of scooter store. I recommend buying a scooter from NS4L! Oh and don't forget to tell them you want to celebrate your new scooter purchase.

I am so excited about my new scooter I just bought! I went in earlier today and the customer service was amazing, and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I worked with Jordan and Leigh, who were amazing and helped me get just the right scooter. They were extremely helpful in finding the right scooter for a price you can't beat anywhere else. I recommend everyone to shop at New Scooters 4 Less, because they have the best variety of scooters for the best prices!

I recently purchased a scooter here and had a great experience. The staff go out of their way to provide good customer service. Diego and Jordan helped me make my purchase decision and were very helpful. They also show you how to use your scooter. This was very helpful for me because I'd never driven a scooter before. They really try to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase and won't push you towards purchasing a more expensive scooter if its out of your budget. Additionally, they price match if you show them a quote, which is awesome and have comfy bean bags for you to sit on while you wait for the front desk staff to fill out paperwork. I would highly recommend purchasing a scooter from NS4L

One of the best customer experiences I've ever had!! I loved making business with all the employees here so much that I always tell anyone who wants a scooter to come here first and foremost. Everyone is so laid back and friendly and genuinely there to help you. It truly feels like a welcoming atmosphere and you can tell that everyone is a family here that wants you to be a part of it by purchasing a scooter. BEST company culture and customer service ever!!!

I came here with my girlfriend and her family so she could get her scooter. The store was clean, hospitable, and easy to navigate. They have a great selection of scooters and bikes and accessories you wouldn't have even thought existed. Andrew helped us out in making our decision. He was patient, helpful, and worked with us to make sure she got the perfect scooter for her. She was able to test-drive each model of scooter she was looking at, and Andrew showed her how to maintain the scooter, drive it, and protect it from damages. He took time to explain the warranty policy and made sure the experience was smooth and stress-free. Very happy with this place. Definitely would recommend as the first place to go for anything scooter-related.

What a great experiencerolled in on a Friday of a game day weekend to buy my son a scooter. Great sales person who took the time to explain things to this old Gator. Amazing corporate culture throughout the entire shop! Amazing CAN DO staff!
Just don't buy the Kangaroo gas!!

All the team members are super friendly, personable, and truly care (PRESENT TENSE! They don't stop caring once you leave the store!) about their customers. Collin Austin himself is surprisingly super involved in customer relations despite being busy as the CEO (or COE, as he likes to call it-- Chief of Everything!). Anyways, they go out of their way to make sure you feel valued not just as another customer but as a member of their scooter family. I highly recommend going to NS4L for all your scooter needs! Located super near campus too so BONUS!! :D
