Great little discovery, good stuff and compared to resale stores In other cities great prices.
I shop at mutiple locations and this location is so rude and short with me today the lady looked at me and starred at me her co worker said she'll ring me up instead. This is just one of many occasions. Today the cashier was look at me crazy because i informed another customer about the discount you get when you spend an x amount of dollars she wasnt going to inform them so i did. I cringed going into there to shop everytime now im so fed up i dont even wanna shop at this location anymore. Thus said its obvious they targeting us Customers like black people are an inconvenience to serve us sad im very sad about this WORST EXPERIENCE EVER EVERYTIME AT THIS LOCATION
They look for current trends. Something teens and 20 somethings would wear. The store is nice as well. However, If you walk through the men's section, they have some beat up shoes in terrible condition on the rack.. with bends and stains on them. I've seen a pair, I don't even know if you should call them shoes, no name, no logo, they looked homemade from the 1600s out of thin cloth and wood for the sole. They should never, ever reject anything that anyone brings in there after seeing that.
You can also bring in your gently used clothing and or shoes handbags jewelry they will pay you for it
I feel it's over priced for pre-owned clothes.
Had a great shopping trip. Found a vintage sweater ☺️☺️☺️
All of they clothes are dingy looking. I mean I get it's a thrift store but come on , really ? If your going to put stuff out on the floor tryna sell it atleast iron and wash them again . How you tryna sell wrinkled clothes? Not to mention the sales associates attitudes are poor .
They never buy anything. I have taken brand new stuff that was worn maybe once and they said it was too old. They are a disappointment. Don't waste your time trying to sell.
Love this place. Clean, helpful staff and nice selection of name brand clothes.
Love the staff, very friendly and professional! Great selection of awesome clothes! I especially love the selection of shoes!
They supposedly buy popular brand name clothing, as well as men's clothing. I brought in a bunch of clothes in like new condition (never worn once), all of it stuff like H&M, Converse, Forever 21 Men, Levi's, etc. After waiting for almost an hour, since every employee there "forgot" about me, I went up to the counter and they said they'd take one sweatshirt and give me $3.50. The rest of my items were "not current styles" (how are blue jeans not in style?) and "had twisted seams." So not only did I spend money on the gas to get to this dump, I wasted an hour out of my day for nothing. Don't advertise that you buy men's clothing when the entire store is women's apparel. And maybe try not to eye-rape every customer that walks through the door like you're judging them, looking them up and down from head to toe. If you have any sense of value and dignity, you'll stay far away from this place. Won't make this mistake again.
They look for current trends. Something teens and 20 somethings would wear. The store is nice as well. But when it comes to selling, I don't think the employees have too much knowledge on the items they're buying based on the prices that they offer.
There shoes are extremely dirty and they make absolutely no attempts to clean them. When I say how filthy there gym shoes were, I decided to bring a pair of leather boots. She looked at them and said they looked "worn". She said they don't buy casual clothes as I had some black pants. There is a whole section just for black casual pants. The irony!
I did feel they were rasict.
Also they don't buy children's clothes just an F.Y.I. for any other customers.
Overall experience: F-
Love the store, always able to find great items for me and my daughter. Have never had an issue with staff, they always seem to be super helpful. They are pretty well organized.
The prices are cool I don't go in for designer so I can't attest to their designer offerings.
Cons
Store is super small don't expect to go in there with a bunch of people
IDK why they offer shoes because the shoe selection I've seen has been less than desirable.
