Employees are rude. I waited almost 5 minutes for someone to check my daughter and I out; this one woman was standing at the computer pretending not to see me. She looked like a manager, pathetic. Bathrooms and fitting rooms are dirty, my daughter said there was urine all over the place in the restroom. The racks are very unorganized and the store was a mess.

This place is a rip off. You take brand new shoes and name brand clothing in there, they have you waiting for an hour just to call you up there to offer you $15 , what a smack in the face and the staff is so damn rude

"They are being picky about what they're buying right now" is what I was told on why they could purchase 0 of my items. I couldn't tell that from the other "picky" items they were selling in the store. Didn't buy Express jeans bought less than 6 months ago because they were too "old". Haha this place is a joke and I won't ever waste my time here again. This is the third time of wasted time and gas for the girls at the counter to feel some type of way bc they hate their lives. Not my problem.

This place is a lot nicer than Clothes Mentor on buying things. Here they buy things that will sell whereas the other buys things based on what the employee likes. However, I have seen dress shoes on the rack that are torn along the side and they want $10 for it. So for them to turn down a name brand because it pills is odd to me.

You bring in the name brands listed on their site and they say they don't take them because they don't sell well. The one bag they wanted to buy was new with tags and they were offering me less than 10% the retail cost. I can sell it for more on eBay. No thanks.

Great location to sell back some old items that you no longer wear. Hello Summer/Spring/Fall/Winter cleaning!!! I was able to sell back some items happily.

    Best,

They got some bitches working up in here. I went to sell my clothes and these GIRLS were pmsing so they didn't even look through my stuff and told me they didn't buy any of my clothes because "it was worn out"

Spent hours washing and ironing cloths from Abercrombie, A&E, Polo, Nautica, BKE, Buckle, and LRG all in great shape some Jeans has not been worn and shirts still had tags. They did not except one single item and took all the ironed cloths of hangers and through them in a pile. When I asked the manager why they didn't accept my items she stated they were 2009 style. Excuse me but how dare you insult my style and call it old. Also manager pointed at a brand new pair of BKE Jeans and said theres wear pointing to the actual fading style of jeans. Dont advertise companies you dont even accept or know anything about! Complete waste of time. DO NOT GO! ALL JUNK. What a mess.

I applied for a position at this location roughly two months ago, and received a phone call for an interview. I went to the interview and it went so well I got offered the job on the spot. I was told I would get a call within a week or two about my start date after my background check came back. After two weeks I never heard back, so I called once a week after that to check on the status of the background check. Two months went by and I still haven't started. I haven't received any updates or any explanation. I turned down two other positions for this job because it was supposed to be a sure deal. The management at this location is very unorganized and not reliable.

They shorted me my money, and wouldn't fix the problem. Also gave me crappy offer for perfect items. Never going back. I do not recommend this location.
