I love coming here! The staff is always so nice and I've never waited more than 45 minutes even when it's busy. Today I got in and out in 15 minutes. I used to go to Burton because it's closer but I don't mind going out of my way to come here, I prefer it a lot more!
What really unprofessional and annoying people. Don't expect your appointment to be punctual. Do expect a very unhelpful and frankly unfriendly receptionist
This may be a good place for people who have no other option or no insurance and no income but if you have insurance and any kind of income, there's a $200 deductible. The appointment and meds don't even cost that much. Oh and the appointment has taken 2 hours and still no doc. It doesn't take that long to say here is a prescription for your birth control pills that you have been taking. Two freakin hours. I didn't realize it was going to take half the day just for nothing to get done. I understand if this was the ER but it's not.
I actually did not end up being seen. I emailed my insurance card to the person who was supposed to check it in at 9:30 on Friday. I already told her that the PP close to me closed and the next closer location was 40 minutes away. So when I got to my appointment, she THEN tells me that my insurance is not in their network and my bill would start at $700.00 and I have not met my deductible. Which is also false due to a heart surgery that I had this year. I have almost met my deductible TWICE this year. So she tried it without my insurance and the bill would STILL start $120.00. Now that's all great information to know NOW but it would have been helpful on FRIDAY that PP wasn't covered in my network before driving 40 minutes one way and wasting my time and gas!! Not impressed!
