Bar next door review: Cherry sour draft beer is not really good specially if you have an empty stomach. Bartender guy with beard is not friendly, or does he has a rude thing with colored people because when I asked whats a whistle pig because i am not a liquor drinker he kinda said something and turned his back away but when a white couple sat next to me tonight at the bar he gladly entertained their question about a canned beer. Rude rude rude. Well you know what karma comes around.
Restaurant review: Friendly servers except for not so friendly hostess who are seating people, no smile no welcome just how many people, this is tonight at 6pm. She looked like she didn’t want to work that night. The guy with long black hair and beard that served us and the brunette server were really nice and friendly. I even told him about the rude bartender next door. Wise guy pizza is good and filling. Small place but hope they put warmers outside for outdoor seating so customer doesn’t have to go to the bar and wait and deal with that rude bartender or racist.response / report this review -

This place serves up some great pizza in their wood fired ovens. I was there for dinner and the place was packed, we had about a 30 minute wait which we spent next door at Bar Bianco. Casual quick food near the Arizona Science Center. Plan on $12-$16 per pizza and you will pretty much want one to yourself.

8 years between visits and I have been dreaming of my return. This has the be some of the best pizza anywhere in the world. The Margarita is so perfectly simple yet out of this world good. Amazing ingredients and the service is very friendly. I will come here every time I visit Phoenix.

The pizza here is great. Th service is top notch. There are tons of vegetarian options. We were here for a brewery/pizza pairing evening and the pairs we spot on each time. If you get a chance to go, do it. It's worth it!

Growing up in NYC and NJ and Chicago I thought how could any pizza in AZ win awards as the best pizza in the country? Well I was surprised to say the least at how good this pizza is. Unfortunately Chris is no longer the one making the pizza - it’s still very good, 4 Stars good. When Chris was still there it was 6 stars good. He has a gift and the pizza here is worth the crowds. Do yourself a favor and go if you can.

No where near as good as these reviewers claim it to be. It's good, but I don't see how or why the acclaim is merited. Definitely not goin back here again unless the price matches the quality.

The restaurant week bento box had so many flavors and each piece was done perfectly. I was surprised by how filling it was despite being a number of small servings. The atmosphere is very classy. The volume is perfect for conversation. Excellent date location.

I loved it My wife was just Ok. Recommend by an out of town friend, as it's a hike we had to wait for a day when we took kids to science museum.
We were there just before the dinner rush started. The staff was great at answering our meal questions and my kids questions about the history of the restaurant.
Drink we serve quickly and the pizza came out not long after.
I'm not sure I'd drive back downtown just for this pizza, but if I'm in the area I'd go back again.response / report this review -

Tiny restaurant. Went last Sunday at 1:45pm and still had to wait 15 minutes for a 4 top. Their bar next door is 3 times the square footage as the restaurant but you can not order a pizza their. Can not even do carry out. Makes absolutely no sense. The pizza portions were ridiculously small. You are paying close to $20 for a personal pizza which is not worth it at all. Your meat options are sausage and salami. Time to assemble and cook a pizza is less than 10 minutes. Folks get your pizza somewhere else. Service was rude. Slamming the drinks and pizza down on the table and clearing plates before we were finished. The lady server had no social skills. I've been managing restaurants for over 25 years and though the pizza was okay, it definitely is not worth all the hype I've heard and read about.

If there were such a thing as gourmet pizza, it would be served at Pizzeria Bianco. The food is delicious and has a clean feeling to it, unlike the greasy pizza served in so many other places. You may be asked to wait at the neighboring wine bar, but that's only because the restaurant is so popular--and space so limited. Pizzeria Bianco is very reasonably priced for the quality, and the service is fantastic. It more than deserves one of my very elusive, 5 star ratings. I highly recommend you give it a try.

The pizza was indeed good. The ingredients were fresh. My only hold back to this place is its price. $19 for a pizza is a bit pricey even with its fresh ingredients. My Pariessienne mother in law was taken back with the $5 baguette as we all were when we asked if we could buy a loaf to take out. She rightly pointed out that a baguette in Champ Elysee would not never cost $5 nor would it cost $5 in Manhattan.

I visit this brick oven handmade pizzeria every chance I get, which isn't too often since I live so far away. But their pizzas and apps are the best around. I get the Rosa pizzaRed onion and pistachiosSimply amazing!! If you're looking for a place to go, this is it.

First, to be fair, I thought I was going to a neighborhood pizzeria and discovered, once I got there, found it was a premium-priced pizza eatery. Our "Wiseguy" pie was very good, but for $19 it certainly should have been. My 3-star rating stems more from paying $6 for a salad that was literally a generously handful of spring mix and four green olives the lettuce was not even torn/cut up! It was pleasantly dressed, but only a bowl of iceberg or romaine could have been more uninspired. I was also turned off by a server who seemed pretty disinterested in us once we announced that water was all we were drinking that evening. All in all, obviously good quality food and nice venue, but didn't like paying over $40 for a single pie, salad, two waters and valet parking.

Waited about an hour or so, but well worth the wait. The food was outstanding!! My wife had lobster, and I had Cajun Shrimp over Grits. I personally would like to thank Pappadeaux for offering military Veterans a discount. Wow, 25%, that is awesome. Rated you 5 stars. Job well done!!

The outdoor setting gets 5 stars. It's beautiful and it's set off the main road so you don't have to listen to cars driving by at 50 mph or worry about your kids running around.
The service is a 1, it sucks. Expect for the bartender, he is awesome.
The food is a 3. Some of it is great and sometimes it seems like they took it out of the freezer.response / report this review
