Food is usually pretty good, but I tried ordering from their website but it kept saying "order not complete" so I call to place it and was told the online specials are online only, unless I have the coupon. Is it my fault your website is down? If you didn't want people taking advantage of the deals, why list it? My family orders from this establishment 2-4 times a month. Not anymore.

This place is horrible dirty and personal is short and rude. Wall menue Says free fixings but want to charge you and tried to otder off the wall menue was told it was old and no longer valid. They should take it down or correct it.

You don't pay much for a good amount of food. What I tried, so far, taste decent and was still hot even though it's f* cold out. They also delivered quicker than the time frame they gave me. Impressive :)

I just called and asked if they deliver to my area they said no and to call the glen Burnie location even though I stay in Pasadena. I called the glen Burnie location and the y said no and proceeded to give the number to the Pasadena location that told me no. I called them again they hung up on me. Such bad service. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I would NEVER order from them again. I live right down the street from Pizza Bolis and thought delivery would be quick since I'm at home taking care of my one year old daughter. The delivery guy took my food to the wrong house and THOSE people called to tell me about it. So then I called Pizza Bolis back and they told me they would have a new order to me in 15 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later I finally got my food. Food was very greasy probably from rushing my order. But I'll take my money somewhere else next time.

I think you should update your closing time. I called to place an order at 945pm. I was told that I need to be there in five minutes. I do not understand why when pizza Bolis website states closing time is at 11pm. The guy rudely told me he doesn't know it's just wrong they are closing at 10! Needless to say that I cancelled the order. Not really sure how they would think I would make it there in 5 minutes. And the customer service was horrible.
