Needed some legal advice regarding a traffic ticket. Mr. Rice was very helpful and available to explain how I should go about handling my predicament. I will definitely recommend him to anyone seeking real legal counsel or representation.
Mr. Rice is a good person that is very understanding and caring about more then just his work. He has put time into giving back to others as well. Thanks for helping all those you have supported
Great service. Randolph always returned my calls, was honest, punctual and professional. Felt very confident through the entire case. Just listen to his advice and you will be fine.
I have not been in a lot of legal situations but Mr. Rice is the best lawyer I have ever witnessed. I am not saying that because I had a desirable outcome but because he has compassion, integrity and a lot of qualities you come not to expect from a lawyer. Hire him immediately.
Mr. Randolph rice is a great lawyer however getting phone calls back sometimes takes a little bit other than that have no complaints keep up the good work

Randolph is an amazing attorney. He is very patient and understanding and straightforward to work with. i came to Randolph back in February after my fiance and i were driving back to Florida from Delaware after my grandmothers funeral. we had gotten pulled over in Maryland with her fathers revolver and my deceased grandfathers service pistol. we were honest with the officer about the firearms when he initially asked because where we are from it is legal to carry a firearm in the trunk but apparently in Maryland this is illegal to not have your firearms disassembled. we were both charged in the end with felony charges which could of had me in prison for 5 years or more which would of ruined our soon marriage. immediately Randolph bestowed in us confidence that this would all work out and that even though he can not 100 percent guarantee what a judge would do he was confident he could defend us properly. From that i made the decision this was our guy! Randolph and his team kept us informed the whole time. when the initial hearing came up he knew that was not the judge we needed to go in front of and if we did it wouldn't end up good so we pushed to go to another court. throughout the whole time waiting for the trial it got rockier and rocker with the state pushing for jail time. i personally have pretty bad anxiety and this was not good for me but Randolph brought spirits up and kept me motivated and active with my defense. he suggested community service, drug class, cleaning up my lumberjack beard and waist long hair, and doing good for your community would be great things to back our defense up. i also work 70 hours a week and Randolph had no issue communicating with my fiance if i couldn't be at a phone and worked with my fiances lawyer to work this out in both our best favors. As anxious as i was in the 2 months leading up to my case nothing can describe how bad it was when i entered the courtroom. Randolph calmed me down with facts and honesty. he couldn't 100 percent guarantee anything the judge would do but ensured me it would all work out in the end. we talked and even if i was to get a minor jail sentence he could get it deferred so i could get all my belongings home and get everything at home in order so i could do this jail time. that was enough for me to step inside of this courtroom with confidence and i did. let me tell you, hearing Randolph speak in a courtroom was more like watching a maestro at the symphony orchestra. you could tell the amount of time he put into my case, the amount of experience he has in this state, and the fact that he truly cared about me and my fiances relationship and well being. in the end i was sentenced to 36 months unsupervised probation, the charges against my fiance were dropped, and i am back home in Florida with my fiance and we plan to marry rather soon. a if not for this man and his team our lives would be horrible right now and even though i hope to never need to see him again he was always have a place in our hearts.

I would have to say that Mr. Rice worked very hard on my traffic case, and got me the results I was looking for, rather hoping for. His knowledge and ability to "beat" the charges down, and come out with a more than satisfactory conclusion, is beyond words. I am very pleased and beyond satisfied for the work Mr. Rice put in to allow me to continue my daily life. I would highly recommend Mr. Rice to anyone who has any type of Traffic or Criminal case.
