The doctor and staff are amazing. I highly recommend coming here, over any other urgent care facilities.

This is the only urgent care I or my family go to any more. The doctors are good and fast, and there's usually no to low wait times. Every person I have dealt with at this office over the last few years has been great.

I just got done taking my son in for a pretty aggressive head cold. - my husband and I noticed the receptionist at the front window was very short/rude upon our arrival. The waiting room was empty and we were the second people there. The wait was not too bad because of this. - as the doctor came in, I noticed he barged in without a knock. He was so rude, because we didn't hear him say something. He dramatically repeated himself with pauses as if we couldn't understand English. - he asked what I had used for my child's cold (as far as medication) and I replied that I used a common cold medication. He sarcastically asked what KIND and asked if I meant "I'ce cream" - I asked him why he was being rude, and he started back peddling. After that, he was polite. I will never go here again.

The ONLY urgent care I would take my family to. The wait time is short, facility is clean and the staff is AWESOME! They genuinely take their time with you!! LOVE you guys being here!

I Destne was pleased as I was seen by doctor Glenda, she was very polite and professional. I was even able to ask her questions about nursing being that what I go to school for. The visit was quick once I signed in the MA on duty got me straight back, she was very helpful and professional. The office was clean and smelled great. I will definitely recommend others to be seen there.:-)

Doctor barely understand English, let alone speaks it, and openly brags that he is there for an easy paycheck because urgent cares don't do follow ups, so he doesn't care what you think about his service.

I have been to both locations, Flint and Swartz Creek, for emergency service and each time I've gone, I've received excellent, proffesional care. Each of my family members have been treated on occasion and we have all left feeling satisfied and happy with our experience. Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor that I saw were welcoming, courteous, and helpful. I'm very thankful for a team thats so attentive to patients needs and listens to their medical concerns fully. I will definitely use this center again if a need arises!

Great! We are from another state and my son busted his chin in the pool at our hotel. They got us right in to see the doctor. Staff was super nice.

Awesome!!!! Best kept secret! Came here one day because the other office was packed. This is definetly my new spot. My family comes here and I tell all my friends as well. Great service. Quick service. Very detailed medical attention. Nikki was awesome and very compassionate. Glenda even remembered me from my very first visit years ago. Melted my heart. As a former Combat Medic in the US Army, I really appreciate this medical facility.
