I have lived here 10 years. Someone suggested it to me and although I never thought I would live in a mobile home, I decided to check it out. It has been a great experience, particularly the managers, along with the Maintenance staff.

Nice complex. Management average. Be careful dropping rent in slot. Can get lost and they hold you responsible and don't reimburse costs for their mishandling.

Don't do it just for the cheap rent. If you want a management company that knows next to nothing and you love ridiculous fees, being responsible for fixing every thing that will break in your trailer, and an office filled with trashy, incompetent bitches then this is your place. I would highly recommend you have a lawyer prior to moving to good old Tyrone Woods.

Lived here since 1999 and couldn't be happier. Love my neighbors it is very quiet and peaceful. Great value and friendly management.

really love living here. nice clean trailers with no issues and rent is cheap. new management took over and they got everything organized and i could not be happier. i keep to myself so i do not know a lot of people here but my neighbors are nice and nobody seems to bother me and its quiet at night which is all i want. rent is low and water is low so i have been saving money but i dont plan on leaving probably ever.

There has been ups and downs with this place. When I first moved in I spent 2-3 hours cleaning after they told me they would before I got there. There were a couple of things broken that I just fixed myself too. However, it's not all bad, the rent's not a bad price. The water bill on the other hand is a bit out of hand. It's just my husband and me and I pay between 70-90 a month for that alone. We did have to get home owners insurance and I don't know why. The kids are in the street quite often but there isn't really anywhere else to play.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! If you are looking to live in Fenton, MI stay clear of Tyrone Woods Manufacture Home park. About a year ago we told them that we have a mold problem in our master bathroom never came out to fix it. They told us to wipe the walls down with bleach until they sent someone. Never sent anyone. 3 weeks ago I was giving a notice to replace a broken blind and I did. Today I got a $50 violation for the blind that had replaced the day they gave us a notice. Back when they gave us our first notice I then called back telling them about how they have yet to come fix the mold issue in our bathroom and our roof from the wind storm we recently had that was 3-4 weeks ago on a Friday they said they will send someone out that following Monday to fix it. Still haven't came to fix it. I have 2 young kids in my house that is a health code violation we could get very sick. Well jokes about to be on them I'm going to notify the health department tomorrow and they are going to come fix the problem and they will be getting the bill and more than likely a hefty fine. This neighborhood has gone down hill and management does not care about their community they just want to knit pick every little thing to make a buck. Also, we fertilized our yard 2 weeks ago and last week they sent someone through our road fertilizing everyone's yards. If I get a bill for that i will be so pissed. I have a receipt from buying our fertilizer and it was dated a week prior to them Re-fertilizing our yard.

I have been electronicly tortured by a group called the ROOF since living here after 2 satellites crashed in the area. I lived at 8237 feather hollow. Someone removed another picture from this post that shows a roof being hit by satellite on belle view dr. And other pictures of a skin virus they used to hide it.

The new management is excellent. I have never had any problem with current or previous management.
Actually I have not had a problem with anybody here at all.
I do not see why there are so many bad reviews.
As far as cost this place was a $1500.00 less to get in compared to everywhere else in the area.

The criteria to get in is also less strict than most places. Brand new home. Water is much better than any surrounding places.
Management seems to allow you to landscape etc how you want if you want. Its quiet people keep to themselves. So far so Good😊

New Management is wonderful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice family environment. Haven't had any issues since the new management took over. Very nice staff.
