The Sam Team is a highly professional and capable group of people ably led by Sam Ferreri. Sam personally met with us and helped us develop a plan to get our home ready to sell at a good price. I'd certainly call a super fast sale a success. They were there for me with any questions or concerns and their team is very pleasant to work with. Great experience on the seller's side, and they also found me a rental that fit all of my qualifications before I closed.
