  We used Beth as our realtor for buying a house for the first time. She was absolutely amazing! Beth was available whenever we saw a house we wanted to see.   Our house purchase with Becky Dickenson of Cheryl Grant Real Estate could not have gone better. Becky was very easy to work with and professional, and we felt that she was taking the best possible care of our interests in this major transaction. Her experience and thoroughness helped us make our decisions confidently. It was a great pleasure working with her.

  Ruth and I live in East. I am a real estate investor who works on houses in the East Grand Rapids area and Cheryl Grant has helped me to both buy and sell over a dozen houses over the past 12 years. Cheryl is a delight to work with! She’s knowledgable, easy to talk to and funny to boot! She has a deep understanding of our market in terms of pricing and of the character of each neighborhood and knows even which block or street is considered more desirable. She understands the strength of the school system, the beauty of our little village on the lake and just the personality of different areas. I turn to her for advice and she has proven again and again to be well informed. In all our work together she has always been professional. Whenever we meet to look at a house, she always does prep work and comes with printed comps and similar houses we might want to look at. She is punctual, follows through with whatever she commits to and has always communicated quickly and clearly. There’s a reason that I’ve only worked with Cheryl all these years. She is a gem.

  Cheryl was fantastic. She was our agent when we purchased our first home in Grand Rapids. We reached out to her when we decided to sell that home and buy a bigger home. Cheryl was responsive, seemed to anticipate our needs and wants, and worked very had to make the move as seamless as possible. We have two very small children, which increased the difficulty level significantly. Cheryl worked around our (and our toddler's) schedule in getting our current house shown and sold. Then, she worked quickly and professionally to provide expert counsel throughout the purchase process. Cheryl is the best.

  This was our second time working with Cheryl Grant Real Estate and also our second time using Beth as our agent. She was excellent the first time we worked with her and she did not disappoint the second time either! Beth is very responsive to messages and fun to look at houses with. We appreciated the input from Dana, the interior designer/stager they work with on ways to spruce up the home we sold. I do believe that the extra input Dana provided helped us get the best dollar for our home in a short amount of time. The process of buying our new home went smoothly and without a hitch!
