My siblings and I had to prep and sell our father's house after his sudden passing. We had never sold a house before. We had never had to prep a house to be sold (get up to code etc.). This was a year + project for our family and Steve Ellerbrake and his team helped us each step of the way. They helped us through this overwhelming task and were always so nice to answer questions and to go above and beyond what I would have expected a relator and team to do.
