We stayed in the Lagoonie Goo Goo house in Gulf Shores. It was absolutely perfect with plenty of places to fish on the bay side and the beach just a short walk across the street. The easiest check-in/check-out you could ask for. Everything was just as it was pictured. We will definitely use your company again!

Condo was very nice and clean and elevator to fifth floor was a must. Beach was just a five minute walking distance away. Pool area was nice and not crowded. Awesome spot to view Blue Angels practice! Not giving five stars because of distance from city central.

Our family had a wonderful time. The condo was better than the pictures which was a wonderful surprise. It was beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. We would definitely return to this condo for another vacation. Southern Rentals made checking in easy and hassle free. They quickly answered all of my questions and were happy to help. Great family vacation!!

Just spent a fabulous week in Pensacola, Florida. Our 1 bed/1bath condo was amazing. Overlooking the bay with beautiful views of the boats coming and going. Also, a view of the pool. The condos are very well insulated which made our stay even better being close to the pool. We could walk across the street to the beach. We are looking forward to our next trip. There is so much to do there. Traveling for the holidays so we will be looking for a rental then. Much more for less $$$. Try it!! You will be hooked.

We checked into our condo for Blue Angel week and were told we had to have special passes to park for the event and to pick them up in the office. The condo owner took one of the passes leaving us no where to park our second car. In fact, because our vehicle with the tag was on the last spot, we were asked to move it so they could set up their elaborate tent and took up FIVE spaces! In fact, once we decided to leave a day early and miss the show entirely, the condo management was at our door asking us when we planned to leave. All this in addition to finding a JOINT on the dresser when we arrived. We were out on a boat with a friend who needed to dock and let us offwe were told to get the boat off the dock, it was rented. We explained it was a drop off but not good enough for him. The slip we pulled into was empty the entire 6 days we were there. Oh and don't even THINK about using the elevator. It was broken two of the six days we were there. Your elevator wait time during that period was minimally 15 minutes. When we inquired: "it's an old building" Southern Rentals said there was nothing they could do "sorry" I wouldn't rent for them again nor would we EVER stay at Sabine again. We are Blue Angel family, my husband flew Albert and we never saw the show and the show was the reason we were there. Do not take a chance on Southern Vacation Rentals or Sabine. Not worth risking your vacation.

I just read a review from another person. And I too have inquired about several properties to get the same message, they weren't available but we have this property available and of course that property was any where from $350 to $800 higher. I will never use this company to rent a property from. I've always had great luck on VRBO, back when it was the OWNER renting the property not a rental company. I have to agree its a BAIT and SWITCH company. Beware.

I haven't even used this company and I'm so discouraged. Every property they list on VRBO I get a response back it's not available but they offer me a place that is double the price of the one I inquired about. I'm starting to believe this company is a BAIT and SWITCH type of company. Renters beware.

I have not written a review before regarding the lack of amenities in a condo before. Our recent stay at Pensacola Beach Club was fabulous outside of the condo's conditions. We stayed in 801 at the Beach Club. I own property in Cabo San Lucas and Nashville, and know what renters expect. Not to have a guide of the facility's perks, rules and pool hours was surprising. All the other resort stays even had recommendations, maps and magazines to help a short stay go better. Without a channel guide it was day 2 before we found age appropriate TV stations and had to keep hunting thru out the week. No pool or beach toys, chairs, mats, blankets, or even plastic glasses was ridiculous. Small things like CDs, books and DVDs were absent. More amazing was, for the price an $9 dollars, a hair dryer was absent. The twin beds actually came up off the ground when you sat on the ends, and the second best bedroom had the smallest bed for adults. Overall this was one of the poorest furnishings and least welcoming interiors for such a beautiful space and location. There has to be more thought than profit, to only provide 1 roll of paper towels and 2 13 gallon trash bags for a 4 bedroom condo for 7 days! Please tell the owners of 801 Beach club to go down 3 to 4 times a year and stay at someone else's condo or to let renters know to bring their own supplies. It is difficult when you fly in.
