Great customer service! Lines can be long but it's worth it once you get helped. They are SUPER nice and helped me with multiple transactions. I'm one of the reasons the line can take so long.

Beautifully decorated, open interior, excellent service, and a large number of tellers to speed you through. It is a co-op credit union that invests in the community, unlike mainstream banks. What's not to love. Rene was also extremely helpful in my transactions.

the wait to see an associate are lengthy. Associates seem like they do not know what they are doing the ask each other and call other people, telling one thing and eventually giving you a total different response.
