  We listed our home to sell with Paul Teasdale and couldn't be more happy with the results. We knew from the moment we talked with Paul that he is very knowledgeable about real estate. The team was very professional and kept us in-the-know. He was always so professional and nice and was a tough negotiator to get the price we were happy with. I would definitely recommend Team Teasdale in buying or selling a home.

  Paul was great to work with! My friend and I needed help looking for homes for a BYU project and Paul was totally willing to help when there was no personal benefit for him. His input was invaluable to the project and we couldn't have done it without him.

  I interviewed Paul because he was recommended by Dave Ramsey. He was very knowledgeable and strategic in his industry. I felt like we had an edge on the selling realtors. We were very particular and cautious about the type of house we were looking for. As a result Paul did require us to do more work ourselves (find homes and drive by them before seeing them.) Within that framework, he did make himself very available (via phone, text, and email). If working with him, I would make sure that you are willing to put your foot down for what you want. Otherwise his knowledgeable persona may persuade you do buy a home that your otherwise would not. That said, I doubt I could have found a more skillful realtor and would consider using him again.

  We really enjoyed our experience working with Paul Teasdale. We were looking for a place in southern Utah County, and we wanted a realtor who was very familiar with the area. Paul was a great fit for what we needed: he knew our target area, he was knowledgeable about current market prices, he helped us find and evaluate houses the day they went on the market, and he helped us negotiate our purchase. He also went above and beyond to provide a quality home buying experience.
