I've been here for almost 2 years and have enjoyed living here. Heidi does a very good job and has always fixed any issues I've had. I've also seen a lot of improvements since I first moved in (e.g. picnic areas, bike racks, longer office hours, nice new landscaping, and no more unattended children playing in court yards). Very nice location close to lake, Main st., and Southlake.

Although there is a small issue, they got it fixed quick. It may take me few days to validate but their attitude I was quite satisfied, so I change it to 5 stars. The apartment I think it is good comparing to the price.

Pros: Fair prices, safe & convenient location, good staff, & continue to improve

My experience: I've lived here for a year with my s/o. We enjoy our apartment & think it's a fair value. Upon moving in we had a couple minor issues we addressed with the front office and they promptly had them fixed. The buildings are older but have been renovated over the years. We would prefer new windows and better insulation but at least we have a brand new high efficiency AC. I've noticed little improvements throughout the apartments which to me shows the girls up front really do care. Maintenance guys are awesome.

Bottom line: I was skeptical moving here after reading the reviews but I'm glad I did. I haven't had any major issues with my unit or with staff. Staff has always treated us kindly and respectfully.

Absolutely loved living in these apartments!!!! Michelle and Heidi in the office are the sweetest and were always very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful location near Main St. Grapevine and very close to the lake. Neighbors were great; I loved the atmosphere of the community. Great price for comfortable and well kept apartment. Parking can be tight sometimes, but other than that, I had a wonderful experience living here. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments in the area!

Great price in a beautiful area! Office staff and maintenance are very friendly and they take care of requests quickly.

The only complaint I have is that a lot of people who live here don't pick up after their pets. There are signs posted and poop bags are provided in the complex, but residents don't seem to care/be responsible for their pets. I know the apartment staff is doing what they can to prevent this, so I have nothing against them, but as for PET OWNERS: BE RESPONSIBLE AND PICK UP YOUR DOGS POO!

My other half and I love these apartments in beautiful Grapevine that is located just a short distance from the lake! Neighbors are friendly and we love how close it is to Main Street shops. This was our first apartment together as a couple and it has plenty of space even for a 1 bedroom and the price was just right! Michelle and Heidi in the office are always super helpful!
