They don't pay their installers for mistakes made by them. Very inexperienced in commercial floor covering! Not recommended by an installer that has been in the business for over 20 years!

I placed a phone order with Phelan's and am so happy with my wall sconce purchase. The transaction was not only easy but the employees were so helpful and pleasant (a rarity anymore!). My purchase arrived quickly in perfect shape and the price was reasonable. I would definitely do business with this company again.

A store filled with great values. Phelan's features Thomasville, Norwalk, and Bradington Young. The staff is well trained and experts on upholstery. They know what makes one sofa different from another and will help you find whats perfect for you. Skilled designers that care about their customers. They listen to what you need a don't push their likes on the customer.

I went to Phalens to buy a sofa.The staff was very pushy and didnt know a thing about color,design and fabric.The furniture was extremely expensive and not worth the price.The lady was disappearing again and again on my query looking into the catalogue for pricing and designs.She wasted so much of my time running into her office and bringing her pricing.
Better to buy from Bill Bros or online.Save your money.

never never buy anything from here.they hire the worst designers.just look at their educations.the two sons in charge never went to design school.one is a big fat nasty pig the other is a huge wanna be.don't be fooled by their fake style.
