The sunrises are completely breathtaking from Sandy Beach. The Penthouse was a relaxing apartment to stay in and would recommend it to anyone. Just be warned that one room in the apartment has 4 bunk beds, therefore it is more appropriate for a family or close friends. I could watch surfing groups just outside my balcony. I loved my vacation time here it's a beautiful place filled with beautiful people!

We loved our time at Pelican Point.
We rented the all 5 apartments of Pelican Point in December of 2015. We got married in the courtyard. It was perfect for our needs. There is lots of room in the courtyard. We had a tent brought in and there is a perfect spot for the DJ to setup with access to power near the house. Tito takes care of the place and he was one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. If you need a tour guide or info, or anything at all he'll hook you up while you're in PR.
We liked Elier too. After our week at Pelican Point and our friends and family left, we rented another house from Elier about a mile away. It was perfect too. Elier was real cool and accommodating to us throughout our planning and stay in Rincon.
We actually liked that it was right next door to Tamboo. Some people say that it is loud. We found that to be the case only on Friday and Saturday nights which we didn't mind at all because it gave us a place to go. During the week Tamboo was peaceful and quite so there was no issue with that. And during the day it was great with Tamboo next door because the food while not cheap, is amazing.
If you are looking for an awesome place to get married on the beach I recommend Pelican Point very much. For us it was the perfect venue.response / report this review -

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We made reservations online for 2 nights with Elier the "property manager", and from the moment he handed us the key the property had NO electricity. Elier said they were expecting to get the electricity back at any moment. Well we didn't get power until LATE the next day!!! And to make matters worse the water went out the next morning! We left messages for Elier and he didn't even return our call.
In spite of our complaining and the lack of services, these people didn't even give us the courtesy of providing us with any money backnot even a penny!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you don't want your vacation ruined by unprofessional and uncaring people!response / report this review
