  They told us the water taxi will leave in 10 minutes just to get our business and then the water taxi left 45 minutes later, I’m a local, and always have family and friends visiting, I will make sure not to bring them here, there are plenty options out there. They deliberately lied to our face, they refused to give us a refund. We were scammed!

  This place is owned by money hungry low life’s. The people working the booths are even worse.
  
  The lady explained the times and route and pricing. After CONFIRMING the time we would leave and arrive later we decided it would be tight, but could make it work.
  
  After paying 125$ to the lady, we made our way down to board the boat. 30 seconds after handing over the money and given a receipt with the time we paid for, she told us she gave us the incorrect time and information. We told her the situation initially, and re explained that we could not add on another half hour since we were already cutting it close.
  
  She said there were no refunds.
  
  We were LIED to.
  
  It isn’t like we didn’t want to go or missed the time and asked for a refund. WE WERE LIED TO AND GIVEN MISINFORMATION.
  
  We were scammed.
  Do not spend your money here.

  It would be a great service but the staff is so rude. I called ahead of time to ensure I could bring my daughters stroller on the larger boat for the time reserved (otherwise we wouldn't buy tickets). When we got there they said they would no longer take the larger boat out and therefore I could not bring the stroller on (we already paid for out 5 tickets). Terrible service and untrustworthy staff.

  February 10th 2017 The day was beautiful we had many options for a ride around the bay and opted for water taxi because we could get on and off. However first mate was a rude and pretentious young woman that did,not offer any assistance to us when asked. On our,return from Miami Beach Marina we were supposed to make our way around millionaires row that did not happen.we went directly back to bayside when asked why she rolled her eyes and went back to her cell phone. Unacceptable

  Ok Cruise and sights of Miami Skyline
  Very slow if looking for quick transportation, they were pretty punctual on departure time.
