  Truly the best dealership experience I’ve had. I worked with Genti and Steven and they were friendly, fair on my trade-in, and extremely communicative/responsive throughout the car buying process. I also appreciated that I never felt rushed or pushed into buying any extras that I didn’t want throughout the car purchase process. Thanks guys!

  Great staff and great cars! Working with Angela and Ryan make for a seamless car purchasing process. They do their best to find the perfect vehicle for your needs! Clean showroom and service team has always been very helpful.

  As soon as I set foot in the dealership, I was greeted with such kindness and coffee!!! Barry Sisler answered all my questions…and I had a lot…and found me my dream car!!!! When I came back with my family, he was so gracious to my son having juice boxes ready and cookies!
  
  When I picked up my car, Destiny Smith showed me EVERYTHING and more about my Mercedes!!! She would reshow me things if I didn’t understand and gave me great tips and tricks to truly enjoy my car from the inside out! She even answered my texts on a holiday weekend about a question with my cameras!! Seriously such personalized and quick service!

  Remarkable service! I have just had the good fortune of buying my 3rd Mercedes GLE 350 from Mercedes Benz North Olmsted. Lorena made the experience enjoyable and the sales process very comfortable! The entire staff just goes above and beyond. Thank you!

  If you are looking to buy a Mercedes, THIS is the dealership to visit. If you’re looking and can’t find a Mercedes that has everything you want or in a certain color, THIS is the dealership to see. I have purchased my two previous Mercedes from here and will be purchasing another in the coming months. Everyone there is amazing, personable, dedicated, so many other words I can’t fit them in a review!! When you do go in, ask for Brian Back. Not only is he the best salesman, he’s also one of the best people you will ever meet. I can honestly say that I will not go anywhere else and will only purchase cars from Brian Back and the entire team at MB of North Olmsted!
