I've been to this Kohl's a few times and it's basically no better or worse than any other location. I tried buying online and picking up in-store the same day during the holiday season, however, and it's so not worth it. I waited in line at least 20 minutes even though there were only 4 people ahead of me in the pickup line. It's supposed to be faster checkout this way, but it would have been faster to find the items in the store myself and go through regular checkout, which was less busy after work than the online pickup line. I think it's partly because the poor girl getting the orders had to go all the way to the back every time to find the order instead of having it in the storage area behind the counter. This really needs to be fixed so that orders can be handed over more quickly.

Good amount of inventory of women's clothing, kitchen equipment, gadgets & bedding. Limited "things" of interest to men

Good place to shop but it's on the pricey side. If you have the Khols charge card, they do offer coupons and you get a lot better deals.

Nice plaza, but besides kohls and Otools I don't really see much value in the other stores that are present in the plaza.

Just like every other Kohl's except it looked like a hurricane went through this one. Every clothes shelf was a complete mess. Things weren't in the right places by brand or by size making it hard to find what you were looking for. It looked as if no one had faced the shelves in the men's department in about a month. As with all Kohl's the over price everything and then give you discounts to make you feel like your getting a good deal. I do like Kohl's Cash. Earn $10 coupons for spending a certain amount.

There 30% off flyer I got last week in the mail is smoke and mirrors. I went yesterday to buy shoes $84 and a sweater for $10. They took the 30% off on the sweater but not the shoes I go to customer service and the woman says, " certain brands are excluded from the 30% off coupon," and she must of rambled off like half there store, including the shoes I bought. This is not the first time I've had issues with there coupons. All there promotions and coupons are smoke and mirrors. Beware!!

Love this Plaza. The stores are practical and O'tooles is an awesome Irish pub! Easy to get in and out of and there's plenty of parking. Sometimes they hold car shows in the parking lot!
