A fun ride down the Hudson. The staff did a good job taking care of the participants. Note that about an hour of the advertised 2 is consumed riding a bus.

Me and my friends had a great time there. Each tour comes with 4 or 5 guides who were so friendly, helpful and patient. Me and my husband floated away from the main group. But they came and rescued us several times!!!

We had a great time! I brought my 2 year old on the lazy river and they had a special tube that was like a little raft for her to sit in. The guides were very funny and helpful. Everything was very well organized.
I highly recommend the tubing but not the downhill sliding as that was a bit out dated and probably not worth the trip if you just wanted to do that.

The trip was excellent!! The guides were great. I felt very at ease that my daughter had her own tube this time because the guides were there to help her along the way. Very friendly staff, and was a very fun experience for the whole family! Did not want the trip to end.

There was a huge storm the night before causing the river to move faster than usual but the staff was really accomodating. They offered us free unlimited downhill tubing and started us further up the river so we could get the most bang for our buck. Everyone we encountered that worked there was fun and patient. The water was cold at first but once adjusted, it was so relaxing. We needed to pay attention and take direction a few times but overall amazing. We will definitely be going back!

Had a blast here with my family this past Monday. Got a great deal from Groupon and arrived early for tubing! It wasn't until the end of our ticket time that the place really started getting busy. All in all a great experience with very friendly employees.

Outside staff were friendly. We went a day after snow had fallen and only 4 of the 7 lanes were open which caused a wait for the lift up and then a wait to get onto a lane despite the relatively small number of people there. Overall it was fun, but not sure if I'd go on the weekend when it may be more busy.

5 star experience. The tubing itself was amazing activity for our family and the staff/guides were phenomenal. Mill, Shane and Caroline (one whose name i cant recall) really made this the highlight of our trip. See you next year!

My husband and my two children, ages just 6 and 7 1/2 chose to do the "dry" tubing. It was "rough around the edges" and "Green Acre-ish" but it was still fun. I was surprised that although the ad said 4 lanes, there were only 3, but those 3 were fun. Ripped up or not, we still FLEW down the hills. The man at the top of the mountain made my kids laugh and giggle each time. The ones helping at the top of the hill were very nice and patient while we kept changing our minds on what slide my kids wanted to do. The lady in the concessions was very nice and very helpful in helping us find the beach a little bit further up the road that the man at the top of the hill told me about. If you don't mind weeds around the area you are playing in, it's fun!! Even the haul to the top is fun! Thank you to everyone on 8-15-16 for opening a little bit early cause we were there a little bit early!
